Selene Beach & Spa Hotel - Adult Only - Ultra All Inclusive

Probably one of the best hotels you could visit in Turkey. Stayed for 7 nights with my friend and by the end of it we both agreed we would happily book another 7 nights. The food was terrific. Loads of options to choose from. But the best part was the snack bar. All the waiting staff were so energetic and happy to see you every day ensuring you had everything you needed. The rooms were always cleaned to a high standard with a fully stocked fridge of drinks every day. The beds were also really comfy. Visited the spa 4 times throughout the week. Massages, sauna and the rooftop pool were the best. However, the best part of the hotel were the staff. Every single member of the team were amazing. Always looking to help you out or include you in the fun. The entertainment team were a good laugh and always have events on throughout the day to keep you entertained. All the staff deserve recognition for the work they do. They made the holiday enjoyable. Huge shout out to Charlotte, Helin, Ozzy and 'Falkirk'. They are a credit to the hotel. Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure our visit was amazing and are so thankful for her help with everything. My friend and I are so excited to get rebooked and will be in touch later in the year to arrange this.

The hotel facilities are so beautiful and well thought out! The food is varied and plentiful, and the chefs will cook you food fresh if say for instance, the pasta has meat in and you are vegetarian! Nothing is too much trouble for any of the stuff at the selene Beach & Spa Hotel. Ozzy and Helen from the entertainment team are always on hand to offer advice, and for a laugh, they are both so very accommodating, and Charlotte from guest relations is always happy to help and make sure you are having the best holiday ever and if any problems arise in any aspect of your stay she rectifies it quickly and calmly she is a lovely person and so very friendly and good at her job. This is the best adults only hotel I've ever stayed in , in turkey, and I plan to come back in October this year for another two week break.. Great choice of drinks alcoholic and soft drinks alike.....and lots to eat in between the set meal times or instead of eating in the main restaurant! The beach bar is open from 11am till 4pm daily for meals and snacks, and waffles and fresh fruit are served from 3:30pm till 5pm as well. The live entertainment has been fantastic and varied, and Ozzy and Helen have gone out of their way to make sure that all of the hotel guests have the best experience and are never bored! I highly recommend selene Beach & Spa Hotel for a well-earned break, and you won't be sorry you came! I'm certainly not .....

Our experience at Selene Beach & Spa Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located in a great area, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious with great variety, and the spa services were relaxing and professional. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Türkiye!

Honest review based on recent experience. Firstly an honest review so I'll start with the good points. Location on the beach,great sea view rooms with fridge etc.Waiters were all lovely and looked after us really well. Room was spacious cleanliness ok. Food was hit and miss very much the same daily. Drinks were watered down in the snack bar area but better inside the hotel. Entertainment was a huge let down. 5 nights out of 10 were OK. As an adult only hotel this needs attention as there are no others decent bars within the vicinity of the hotel. Just lots of shops. Air conditioning broke and customer service was atrocious. Took 8 hours to fix it and no apology from customer service relations, despite sending email amd reporting it. Rude female staff on reception who spoke over us whilst trying to sort the problem of no air conditioning. We won't return amd expected more from 5 star hotel.

Here you will find an honest review, as some reviews are clearly made up to override the truthful reviews. Hotel-Hotel is lovely and modern. The hotel is clean and well presented. No AC in the corridors or lifts makes it a bit uncomfortable when you are leaving your rooms. Rooms-Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy but they need to provide more pillows and bedding for guests without them needing to request them. The seaview rooms have a beautiful view from the balcony. The TV is modern and has Netflix and YouTube options. Noise from the hotel and surrounding hotels can be heard inside your room and the walls between rooms are thin so you can hear the people in the rooms next to you. Our AC broke in the middle of our stay. It took the technicians over 8 hours to fix this issue. The hotel receptionist was extremely rude and hung up the phone on more than one occasion when I tried to report the issue or get an update. The guest relations manager ignored an email complaint I sent about the AC issue, despite having a face to face conversation with Yousef (another guest relations manager) about the lack of response to my email 2 days after sending the complaint. There was still no apology! Location-The hotel is surrounded by shops and there is nothing much to do in the evening if you do not want to stay in the hotel. There are 2 small bars (Kleopatra and Havana) that we discovered when looking for some entertainment in the evening, but both appeared very quiet. Havana did serve very tasty food though and the service here was great! We would recommend a private transfer from the airport to the hotel as ours took 1 hour 35 mins compared to others who had to endure a 3 hour transfer. Entertainment- A huge let down. Of the 10 nights we stayed, 4 of the entertainment nights were acceptable. The party nights are not suitable for the clientele of the hotel and the entertainment provided in the evening by the entertainment team was not up to 5 star standard. The seats that were placed out for the evening entertainment were enough for approximately 10% of the guests staying in the hotel, resulting in guests standing for the 45 minutes that the entertainment lasted (started at 9.30pm and often ended by 10.15pm) or simply not bothering to watch it. Drinks and Service-Drinks served in the Snack Bar appeared to be watered down. If you drink spirits, you need to request at least 2 or 3 shots in your drink for it to taste like a single measure. Drinks served inside the hotel were much better. We received great service from all of the waiters and providing them a tip definitely meant we were well looked after during our stay. Sunbeds and Pool- You had to get up before 7.45am to secure a sunbed by the pool. Many guests put their towels down before the allowed time (7am) and then did not reappear until after 11am. Hotel staff allowed this resulting in many people not being able to secure a sunbed. Sunbeds are packed together with many guests smoking, so if you are a
