Это худший отель Ramada, что я встречал. Грязные простыни и полотенца, отвратительный завтрак где нет даже кофе, а хлеб специально раскладывать, чтобы он засох. Я заранее предупредил, что у меня есть Diamond статус в Wyndham, но только после возмущения мне поапгрейдили номер(который оказался даже грязнее первого)

Отель находится на одной из главных улиц города . В 10 минутах езды от Мавзолея и Караван-сарая . Новый по сути отель нового города . Номера просторные и чистые . Имеется все необходимое : халаты, тапочки, сейфы, туалетные принадлежности, комплект для чая. Нет бутилированной воды. Мини-бар пустой. Самое большое разочарование - завтраки . Очень скудный выбор продуктов . Все самое простое - каша, отварные яйца, немного овощей, фруктов , колбаса , сыр. Кофе машина не работает. Кофе только через дорогу в ТЦ. Предлагают проживающим фитнесс и спа . Но оценить не успела

Новый отель все чисто и опрятно, наличие бассейна и спа центра -приветливый персонал и официанты ресторана, хороший вай Фай - цена/качество просто отличное. Большие, комфортные номера, тихо, приятно. Стоянка для машин большая. Персонал внимательный, быстро реагируют на просьбы.

Самое удобное, то что отель находится близко к аэропорту, персонал хорошо обучен, номера просторные и уютные. Можно попросить номер с видом на город и этажом повыше, вам предоставят и помогут. Возле отеля в радиусе 500 метров есть Конгресс холл, областной акимат, департамент, и также аллея, по дороге несколько супермаркет, аптек и столовые.

Это самый лучший отель в Туркестане ! В этом отеле прекрасно абсолютно всё: отличное местоположение, вкусные завтраки, удобные кровати и очень дружелюбный и вежливый персонал. Вы всегда будете чувствовать что о вас заботятся ,но в же время ты не замечаешь как и кто это делает. На любую просьбу персонал реагирует быстро

Выбрали отель Рамада в Туркестане и не пожалели о своем ращений. Замечательный отель с хорошими стандартами сервиса. Восхитительные завтраки и кухня. Номера были чистыми и большими. Всем советую остановиться здесь.
