A lovely place at the heart of the city.

The location is very convenient as it is near tourist attractions and shopping malls. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. When I had a question, the staff was kind enough to look into it for me. However, the amenities were minimal.

The hotel is very new and very close to the scenic spot. It is very convenient for food, accommodation and entertainment. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. However, the hotel's check-in arrangements are relatively rigid. We booked four rooms through Ctrip and paid for them. However, due to Ctrip and a third party, the hotel said it did not receive the room payment. At that time, we also opened the hotel for four or five hours. car, I tried to communicate with the hotel front desk to see if they could arrange for us to check in first. I also communicated with Ctrip to deal with this matter, but the hotel was quite rigid and had to pay the room fee before I could handle it. I had no choice but to pay again. After paying, wait for Ctrip to communicate and deal with it. In addition, the price paid at the hotel front desk is cheaper than on Ctrip.

Not bad. The nearby business district is under construction. I don’t know when it will be completed. It’s also close to the attractions. The nearby restaurants are also good. The night view from the city wall is really beautiful. The price/performance ratio is pretty good.

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The front desk staff is warm and hospitable. The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the Yavissa Mausoleum and Karavan Saray ******.

Everything was very nice and they gave you the option of ordering very elaborate and very good food, you also had the option of having it served in your room. The best without a doubt, the reception service

Ubicación inmejorable. Todos los sitios históricos estaban a la vista de nuestra ventana y en un paseo de 10 minutos ya estábamos dentro del conjunto histórico. La zona más moderna con todo tipo de tiendas y servicios estaba aun más cerca. El personal del hotel es excelente, con gran amabilidad y profesionalidad. Nos ayudaron contodo lo que necesitábamos. Muy recomendable.

Unfortunately what you see in the pictures for this hotel is different to reality. Few of the rooms have a view of the mausoleum (the image used by the hotel), because this was the main reason why I chose to stay here I'm giving it 1* - I'm not a fan of false advertising!

Enjoyed every bit of my stay at the hotel. Groomed staff, multilingual,excellent food, and above all strategic location is what the property offers to its guests. Hotel Manger, Dias Khalkulov, is a gem of a person. Active and friendly, Dias ensures that he and his deliver their best. Housekeeping, restaurants, and each & every team member is haed working and hospitable. A step away from arena, super market, and other excellent locations, property deserves to be on the list of stays if you are in Turkistan.

I just returned from Hampton by Hilton Turkistan and my experience was incredibly positive. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt a sense of comfort and hospitality, which was incredibly pleasant after a tiring overnight flight. Check-in at the hotel was quick and professional thanks to the caring and welcoming staff. The amazing surprise was that despite booking a standard room, I was upgraded to a Presidential King Suite for free. In the room, fruit slices and a warm letter from the hotel were waiting for me, which created a special atmosphere. And the view from the window was amazing. You couldn't ask for more from such an upscale room. In addition, all the staff, starting with Almas and the girls at the reception, were extremely friendly and attentive. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had the privilege of having. Hampton by Hilton Turkistan pays attention to every detail and it shows in everything. The hotel service is truly beyond praise, and I want to express my deep gratitude to all the staff for creating such an unforgettable atmosphere. I would like to especially emphasize the hospitality of Almas, who made my stay especially comfortable. I was treated with such care at Hampton by Hilton Turkistan that even during my short stay I felt at home. This hotel is an ideal place for those who value comfort, a high level of service and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Hampton by Hilton Turkistan to anyone considering a stay in the region. Hampton has a great location just steps from the mausoleum and the tourist zone. Very easy to come and go. Great staff and service and clean and modern rooms. Nice breakfast too! We were allowed late checkout as we had a late flight Everything was great!

Lovely 1 night stay in the hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff, a lovely welcome. Clean room and a very good quality breakfast. Staff keen to support in anyway they could including calling a taxi for us to get us to the airport. Great location right next to the Yassawi mausoleum, archaeological sites and shopping centre. We would definitely stay there again if travelling to Turkistan again.
