I strongly suggest not taking the double room identified with the question mark for any reason. In my opinion, the room is absolutely not functional, there is no bedside table, a bajour, the bed is noisy and the furniture is made by an artist who does not take functionality into consideration in any way. And I just want to tell you that there are plans are oblique. In an already small room it becomes impossible to stay. The bathroom is very small and lacks a bidet. The room also does not have a television and this could also be a choice. Everything else, however, is absolutely anomalous. In 35 years of traveling around hotels, this is the first time I've found myself having such a poorly functional room. I also tripped due to the absurdity of the workout and got a bruise.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The decor and ambience were fab. We loved the palm court atmosphere in the dining room....it made us feel like Edwardians doing the European Tour, rather than Scots on a budget! The staff were really friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. If you are in Turin try it for yourself!

My negative review derives from the fact that I was unable to book at this property, moving more than a month in advance and for a long weekend out of season (March): not because they didn't have room, but because they continued not to answer me: I called 2 times (receiving as an answer that they would call me back or that they would reply to my email) and sent 3 emails, 2 weeks apart. I wanted to use a gift box and integrate it with an additional night, so I couldn't use their online booking service and I needed a response from them which never arrived.

Beautiful, projected into another world. We stayed and dined at the Hotel San Giors for a weekend, what can I say, a wonderful experience to repeat. The warm welcome, even for my dog who was offered a kennel and a nice pillow and two bowls, (never happened anywhere else) the bedroom was beautiful, very clean, the bathroom was a little small , but absolutely equipped with every comfort. The location is absolutely splendid, we liked everything, a nice leap into the past, but also in a multi-ethnic neighborhood where I found myself absolutely at ease. San Giors is a BEAUTIFUL place :) and nice people work there. In the morning at breakfast, if only I had said yes, the possibility of having access to the (gargantuan!!!) cheese trolley would have been a done deal. The San Giors is in Porta Palazzo in a very convenient position for everything. The room we were given, room 21, is beautiful and is tastefully furnished. The very high vaulted ceilings make the voices in the room resonate in a timeless manner. And then we like Jules Verne, having his books on the walls is nice. I'm just sorry we didn't have the chance to stay at the restaurant for dinner, it looks very good, maybe next time.
