Quiet hotel, modern and clean. I had a personal postcard with chocolate pieces in my room. That's a nice welcome! You can also make coffee in your room - I haven't experienced that everywhere. I would book again and again.

This is one of the most outrageous hotels I have ever stayed in. I was very tired after arriving in Turin, so I planned to go to bed around 9:00 pm, but the power went out at 11:00 pm. The emergency lights came on inside the house, right over the head of the bed, and the footsteps of the maintenance crew in the hallway outside woke me up. The sound of cleaning came from the corridor around 9 o'clock the next morning, and then the cleaning started to knock on my door at 9:30, knocking on my door for about 3 seconds, before I recovered, the cleaning opened the door directly, Note that he opened the door directly, and closed the door after hearing my words. I just slept for a while, and started knocking on the door again, and this time it opened my door quickly (but didn't come in). I opened my eyes and saw that it was 10:24 in the morning. The third time I knocked on the door was around 11:20. I knocked for three seconds without speaking and then went to clean other rooms. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I have encountered someone who knocks on the door for cleaning at 9 o'clock in the morning. It is a taboo in the hotel to open the guest door casually. The front desk staff is not bad, and the service attitude is not bad. But the environment and quality of this hotel make me never book a second time.

Very good hotel

I booked this hotel at the last minute and I can say that it is fantastic, the interior is very modern and colourful. It also has a gymnasium, bar and study areas for students. An excellent alternative and quiet place to be able to concentrate without having problems! Room with windows on the seventh floor, really beautiful view in the evening with the river. It is also possible to watch Netflix which is impossible in many non-modern hotels. Fantastic, really just for this detail they deserve a lot. Very clean bathroom and they give you free water, coffee and tea.

The hotel has a different concept than normal hotels. They have two floors for tourists and the rest houses students who come to the city. It is very well located, you can walk to the Historic Center. Our room had a view of the Po River and was clean, spacious, with a balcony, and the bathroom was equally clean, with supplies and hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They offer a breakfast that is not very varied, but the price of 5 euros is fine with the offer. The building is on a busy road intersection, and one of the nights it was quite noisy. In general we were very good and we appreciate the attention received.

I made a wrong booking and cancelled 3 minutes after the payment, however I've contacted the customer support straigh away and they refused to refund me, even a partial amount of what I've paid. Totally disappointed from the treatment received and I won't suggest anyone to book their hotels.

Ciliegina sulla torta la meravigliosa terrazza all’ultimo piano dalle quale si può godere di una vista pazzesca su tutta Torino e sul lungoPo. Conveniente rapporto qualità-prezzo, staff cordiale e disponibile per qualunque tipo di richiesta, last but not least design innovativo e creativo che richiama molto lo stile delle strutture nord europee, spesso essenziale ma studiato (lo si nota da ogni minimo oggetto brandizzato e dai copy accattivanti). Non in pieno centro storico, ma leggermente fuori (zona Vanchiglia) ma ben collegata sia a piedi (15 min) che con i mezzi, personalmente ho preferito la tranquillità e l’autenticità del quartiere pieno di localetti e ristoranti tipici anziché il caos del centro. La camera matrimoniale davvero funzionale, ben accessoriata, pulita e silenziosa, nonché moderna . Molto luminosa e non mi aspettavo uno spazio lounge con tavolino e poltrone così ampio non appena si entra in camera. Dotata di cassaforte, piccolo frigo e tutto il necessario per the e tisane varie. Insomma, assolutamente consigliato!

We stayed at this hotel over this weekend. We are thrilled. Very clean and modern structure. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent position. Excellent price. We had the breakfast included formula and there is also the possibility of a gluten-free option (for those who have this need like me)

Modern structure, created for students but offers excellent service for the rest of the customers. Easy to reach, equipped with all useful services for a business and/or relaxing stay. Recently renovated and it shows, with bar/smart food service on the ground floor. Some Services Are Paid But At A Fair Price. I was there for the Juve matches, the location is about 20 minutes from the stadium. Paid public parking not easy to find.

After a long journey you find a postcard with two welcome chocolates, which is very nice and the room is also very welcoming with a nice view too, quite comfortable, worth all the price I paid. Right breakfast, great stay

A very convenient hotel for price and location. Basic but very comfortable, the first 5 pinai are places for students, the last two for hotel guests. Nice view from the sixth and seventh floor window.
