Unlike a regular hotel, it's like a university dorm (yes, many residents go to school at the local Polytechnic). It's pretty much no-frill basic accommodations which is fine as I was on holiday to explore the city, not stay in my room all day. The Barini Metro station is all of a 3-5 minute walk from the property, which made for added convenience. Reception and staff were wonderful! Check-in/out went smoothly; they were helpful & professional offering good, clear information in Italian, as well as English regarding facilities and accommodation. The room and bed were large, clean and comfortable. All the basic amenities were available with clean linen, towels, and soaps. The room didn’t have tea/coffee service, but no problem: in the ground floor cafeteria/restaurant are coffee machines, microwave ovens, and water (still/sparkling) available 24/7 and other options during dining time. And of course, free wi-fi! Also, as an economical meal option, guests can get cafeteria-style lunch & dinner at a modest cost (breakfast is included with the stay). The students that are residents of the property are quiet, respectful and polite (but as in all cafeterias, it can get a bit “chatty” during the meal time). Guests often study in the cafeteria/restaurant between mealtimes. I’m glad I found this place, as it is a few metro stops away from the cultural centre of town, availing people to see the sites of Torino conveniently. Also, within walking distance are cafes/restaurants and a supermarket (Conad). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic accommodation close to metro close to the centre of Turin. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need for a great stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Towels and basic toiletries are provided and the beds are very comfortable!

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Comfortable beds, white sheets. Absolute silence during the night. The only flaw is the breakfast, too limited and with not fresh products, it could be done much better. The accommodation is located 30 minutes walk from the center.

Great hotel! Neatly clean, friendly staff, wonderful beds and good service. Breakfast and dinner are a bit mysterious. Breakfast is like a line of students where you can choose something. It is not clear whether you can get a refill. Dinner is based on a points system. How it works?? Fortunately, there are excellent restaurants in the city. The air conditioning in both rooms did not work, so it was quite warm in the rooms. Shower and toilet; beautiful! Parking is a problem, but the reception is helpful in finding solutions. Great for a city trip!!!

La struttura è moderna e discretamente pulita. La colazione è il punto debole sotto vari profili: è vero che si tratta di una struttura universitaria, ma per 160 euro a notte ci si aspetta qualcosa in più che essere trattati come fuorisede nel quotidiano. Ad esempio, ad un quarto d’ora dalla fine della colazione le signore (gentili per carità) già stanno sbarazzando il bancone e non si trovano più bicchieri. Le stoviglie erano sporche. Insomma, ci vuole più cura e attenzione alla pulizia, soprattutto durante la colazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti. Il camplus si trova in un'ottima posizione perché vicino alla metro e alla fermata dell'autobus e del tram. Le camere sono nuove e pulite. Il problema è che non ci è stata rifatta la camera e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato risposto che le camere vengono rifatte nel pomeriggio (Quando noi ci trovavamo in camera per riposare) e non al mattino (come in tutti gli altri hotel). Quindi, la nostra camera è rimasta sporca e non hanno neanche ritirato la spazzatura. Colazione: molto scarna, quasi devi pregarli per avere qualcosa in più, stoviglie e posate sporchissime. Se fosse un ostello potrei anche accettarlo, invece abbiamo pagato 90 Euro a notte. Mai più.

Estancia muy grata, fuimos una familia de 4 personas, en habitación familiar (2 habitaciones unidas). Silencioso, cómodo, funcional, muy bonito, camas cómodas, habitaciones y baños amplios y limpieza un 10. Desayuno buffet muy amplio. Son duda repetiremos. Gracias al personal de recepción q nos permitió dejar las maletas el último día.
