Very nice hotel with the best location in Turino. Short walking distance from all sights enfin the middle of the shopping area. The staff at the reception is great. Thank you Tatiana for receiving us in the best way, thanks Martina, Andrea and Mateo for all the help and great customer service. The breakfast is fantastic too and the staff in breakfast room are so professional! And room 801 ( top floor rooms) have best views in town! Thank you all. See you soon.

Lovely hotel - global 5 star rather than regional 5 star. Lovely room/suite A gorgeous bathroom - good lighting for mirrors and - a very classy brownish marble throughout the hotel. Excellent room size and facilities. Good breakfast and restaurant. Very nice and high quality staff.

Simple place in the heart of Torino. Just don't forget to book the parking place in advance sending an email. We didn't do it so ended up on the street parking. Variety of foods, excellent breakfast and helpful and nice waitresses who make your stay more at ease. We will come again soon!

Un hôtel magnifique, avec des chambres spacieuses, un bon accueil, le petit déjeuner impressionnant beaucoup de choix,service impeccable.Le bar est vraiment bien.Juste le spa qui serait un petit plus chaud.Room service parfait.un bon séjour

Très bel hôtel Suites très confortables . N’hésitez pas à prendre le parking si vous avez une voiture . Nous avons laissé la nôtre dans la rue , elle a été vandalisée et toutes nos affaires volées . Le personnel a été très agréable ; nous avons pu repartir après avoir fait réparer notre véhicule.

Nous avons passé 2 jours supers dans cet hotel .un merveilleux accueil de la reception.Nous avons été upgraded a notre arrivée.Enfin un vrai 5 étoiles, tout était parfait de la deco au confort ,le service le petit dej et le spa .nous y reviendrons certainement

Ci siamo subito accorti del misfatto: l’ ingresso é simile a uno scantinato, una porticina direttamente sulla strada. I posti auto sono 3-4, oltre a quelli non so. Il rumore dalla strada é forte, specie di notte. Abbiamo trovato un lenzuolo sporco. In generale é pulito ma moquette dappertutto, igiene ahi ! Rientrando verso le 23 porta chiusa, alla telefonata rispondono dopo 5 minuti. Le quattro stelle sono sulla luna.

Ottimo hotel e colazione intercontinentale inclusa davvero ottima. Dispone di parcheggio interno a pagamento extremis 10 euro ma ne vale la pena.. camere pulite e silenzi se tutti i comfort in camera. Praticamente in centro .. accettano carte e prenotazione anche in piena notte ..
