ho alloggiato in questo hotel per più tempo per affari di lavoro, le stanze non vengono mai pulite viene solo rifatto il letto e la stanza viene lasciata sporca. avevo acquistato un deodorante per abbienti per un giorno che lo lascito fuori dalla valigia mi è stato preso e il personale alla reception è molto molto poco professionale anzi direi scortese in più occasioni, ragnatele in stanza, frigoriferi piccoli a molto spesso smettono di funzionare rovinano il cibo all interno non so come questo hotel abbia 3 stelle e per la piccolezza delle stanze e tutti questi problemi e altri che non starò a elencare è troppo il prezzo;RIPETO (QUALSIASI ALTRO HOTEL SAREBBE UN OTTIMA SCELTA )

Ich war zusammen mit meiner Tochter im Rahmen eines Champions League Spiels im Hotel Eden. Das ältere Hotelier Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und auch die Mitarbeiter im Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und praktikabel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con il mio compagno 5 giorni. In generale un’esperienza molto positiva, l’albergo é comodo perché dista venti minuti a piedi dalla stazione di porta nuova e altrettanto dal centro. le camere sono piccole ma molto pulite e attrezzate, il personale é molto gentile e disponibile La sala della colazione é piccola ma atrezzata. in generale un’esperienza positiva che consiglio.

L’hotel è pulito ma decisamente datato, la mia camera era decisamente triste e bruttina anche se pulita e funzionale. Il personale è gentile e cerca sempre di venire incontro al cliente anche se sono poco informatizzati e organizzati. La colazione è decisamente triste, per 10€ si può fare meglio! La zona è tranquilla, comoda ai mezzi. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento

Trovo che per la città di Torino sia un compromesso adeguato. Si trova a circa mezz'ora dal centro storico e da Porta Nuova, ma c'é la possibilità del mezzo pubblico. Si trova in uno stabile in stile liberty. L'ambiente avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma importa relativamente perché c'è cura per il cambio asciugamani, federe eccetera. Brave e pazienti le signore addette ai piani, considerato inoltre che viaggiavo con una cagnolina. Ringrazio per averla accettata. Lo spazio della colazione è un po' in sofferenza. C'è da scegliere tra brioche, dolce, yogurt.. Forse un po' carente per chi ama il salato. Il signor Alberto, se puó, dà indicazioni, sebbene molto indaffarato.
