The area is very quiet, hygienic and clean. The hotel breakfast is simple but sufficient. I think it is very cost-effective.

Very poor breakfast buffet. No salads, just 4 pieces of cheese, some slices of bacon, cold eggs, packaged bread. Industrial juices, in short.. 15 euros.. The hotel is bare, devoid of everything, no bathroom door, poor cleanliness, I found hair and a greasy tap. 152 euros, Hilton double tree at the ingot would be much better. Always check the comments, it's worth it

The staff helped me without hesitation when I encountered an extremely embarrassing situation, thank you! The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is absolutely competitive among hotels of the same price. The equipment is complete and rich in variety. The staff is very friendly and efficient! I hope I will choose it again next time I go to Turin!

nice hotel, good location close to the main metro line with quick access to the city. there is a mall, some restaurants and bars around the hotel. the public area of the hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious but could need a update. for a city trip of some nights totally fine. The hotel is quite noisy due to the building so you can hear a lot from the other rooms but this did not bother me too much. Staff is friendly to the necessary amount but not too welcoming but they did their job.

That is defenitly an above average AC as we have come to known and appreciate them. The building is great - out of the ordinary indeed - and that gives the guest rooms a lovely shape. Parking garage was there, something I usually don't need but given the perceived security/safety situation in Tornio (mainly gained through driving into town from up north), that is a good investment - €17 - absolutely fair. Then, they had a membership offer to get breakfast for only €2 - great promotion that we did go for. Again, as always in Italy's AC hotels: friendly and efficient staff. Well done.

We stayed at the AC Hotel Torino for one night as our first stop in Italy. The hotel was clean, the room was good, and the staff were great. The only issue is that the air conditioning was not turned on in the hotel for the season even though it was quite warm outside, so the room was very hot. Opening the windows at night helped a little bit, but it allowed light and noise in. Overall, it was a decent stay for one night, though it could have been a better night sleep if the room was cooled.

My rating depends on your purpose. This hotel is clean with good rooms & a decent breakfast. Parking is available on the street (free) or secured parking for a fee. It would be a 4 rating as a business trip hotel and it did seem to have meetings etc. As a tourist , the positives are it is within walking distance to the car museum (which is fabulous, and I'm not a car buff) and about a 5 min walk to the train that goes to Turin city (6 stops). There's also a unique ristorante 'Osteria Fiat' established 1900 worth having dinner , but not many other good food options other than the Eataly nearby. But if you're looking to explore Turin there are many great alternatives within the city that would make for a more convenient stay. To be clear we weren't dissatisfied with the hotel itself but as tourists didn't find it to be ideal in terms of its location.

Our first stop on our Italian trip was at the AC Hotel in Torino. The hotel is near two train stations. Easily found about a half block from a main street we were greeted with by a friendly front desk agent. As Bonvoy Titanium, we were happy to hear that we had been upgraded to a suite. Once in the room, the hotel manager had a bottle of Prosecco to help us celebrate our anniversary. The suite was spacious with plenty of plugs and USB outlets. Bed was comfortable, housekeeping was daily. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning with hot and cold items, typical of an Italian hotel breakfast. The hotel was in the same complex as Eataly's original location. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. We ate twice at the Italian Seafood Restaurant on the corner...the seafood risotto, pasta and pizza were all quite good. Out time was short in Torino...we'd like to return in the future and will have the AC Hotel at the top of our list.

Very nice and clean hotel, spacious room, good breakfast, however room are not soundproof at all. Great staff, very helpful, I loved the bathroom, comfortable beds, far from any sightseeing , close to Metro which was not functional when I was there, you can take bus no 8 to old town, buy a one day ticket for 4 euro and use any mean of transport all day, better from buying 1.70 euro one way ticket per person. If you don't mind the location then I advise you to book this hotel.

Clean comfortable well decorated room. Location not so great but they have parking and you are very close to Eataly! Walls are paper thin, although the hotel was not super busy with guests we did know that there were guests in the rooms on either side of us. For a quick stay for a night or two you will be comfortable here, longer term if you have a car and can get out and explore Torino would be ok but this isn’t an area of Torino that you would find a lot to do. Very local area with little to no restaurants nearby, We stayed one night and had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful building converted in a nice upscale hotel. Very nice, friendly staff that greets you, is willing to help you and provides for every need. Rooms are huge (for Europeans) and the hotel is located very conveniently for shopping and sightseeing. Only downside is the fact that you can hear your upper neighbors in your room.

Excellent location walking distance from the conference centre, Hotel staff friendly & welcoming, room spacious and comfortable, restaurant good selection of dishes including vegetarian options. Good transport links, not too far from city centre, was here on business this time but did manage to fit in a couple of hours sight seeings, lots of history and plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
