The positive note, the staff were lovely and tried their best with what they had. The views were amazing. The local people were lovely. The cleaners were very hard working. Now we are not complainers and do make the most of what we get, but we really struggled with this hotel. So now the brutal truth. This hotel is misadvertised. It has photos of the sister hotel. Our room was not available when we arrived as we were delayed (3.10am). Most of the rooms are tiny. The food is awful, breakfast was very well done onion rings, wedges, cold scrambled eggs (sometimes)that had peppers and stuff mixed in and egg shell. Boiled eggs, sausage in tom sauce sometimes and different breads. No toaster, no pancakes. Omlettes or fried eggs . Continental choices which were kept ( cold) with a fan blowing over it. Its all cold if it's supposed to be hot and warm if it's supposed to be cold and only the same two choices all 14 days, (some type of chicken and meatloaf cut into various shapes). Food came from sister hotel and was put on display 40 mins before service in baymaries, sometimes with lids, sometimes not. The temperature on them was not high enough or not even on. Aircon didn't work, broken fridges, broken flush on toilet. the pool turned bright green by 7th day as not filtered. Staff tried to fix but were still at it when we left. Pool was closed for 4 days and we were told we could use the souths for 1 of those days, the others we went to the beach which was private but very small ( 6 foot by 20) . One toilet for men and one for women next to the pool. These were not really cleaned properly and the toilet paper was always stuck. These were the only toilet facilities in the common areas. So nothing for when you're dresses and ready to go out or waiting to go home. Lack of bins. Many people including myself, partner and friends all have had tummy upsets. Many other guests we talked to have said the same. The staff did not understand English very well, especially the reception staff. Though one could sing very nicely. As I said the staff were very good and we did complain to the rep but he basically said it wasn't his issue and couldn't really help. We did get a bigger room on the second day which was better than the box they put us in but all the beds and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. Would consider the area again but definitely not this hotel. Not many sunbeds and a lot broken.

Hotel Review: Dragut Point North, Turgutreis, Aegean Coast, Turkey (Booked via Love Holidays) We booked a 7-day all-inclusive holiday through Love Holidays at the Dragut Point North Hotel in Turgutreis, Turkey. Unfortunately, the entire experience—from the hotel itself to Love Holidays’ handling of issues—was deeply disappointing. Below is a detailed account of our stay. Misleading Advertising The description provided by both Love Holidays and the hotel’s website was grossly inaccurate. The following amenities were listed in the booking: Spa facilities (massages, sauna, steam room, hammam) Fitness centre Children’s pool and babysitting services Evening entertainment (live music, themed nights, professional shows) Midnight snacks & 24/7 food menu Bellboy service and a poolside snack bar None of these were available at Dragut Point North. Instead, these facilities are located at Dragut Point South, which guests from the North Hotel are not allowed to access freely. Attempting to visit resulted in being questioned and escorted to our destination—guests wear different wristbands to distinguish hotel access. This created a sense of exclusion and unwelcomeness. Our Room We paid to upgrade both rooms to "Sea View," but this term is misleading: My daughter’s initial room faced a back-of-house service area. It was changed the next day to a room with only one small sea-facing window. Our room looked out onto a palm tree and the children's pool. We were told this qualified as a sea view and no change would be made. Other room issues included: Small and poorly lit interiors, with two tiny windows (~400x1000mm). Cramped shower (approx. 550x650mm), with intrusive plumbing that made showering very difficult. At no point could I wash my legs or feet without having to open th doors. The enclosure also did not align with the shower recess, resulting in a bathroom floor being wet after each shower. Minimal noise insulation – expect to be woken by hallway noise and late-night guests. Floors, walls and ceilings are hard surfaces. Broken cupboards in both rooms (I fixed one myself), and a safe that wasn’t bolted down—easily removable. The hotel had removed duvets for summer. We were given a small blanket that wasn't suitable for two people; we requested and received a second one, but this meant my wife and I had to sleep under separate bedding. Requested additional pollows, recieved after 2 days and 4 requests. AC is quite noisy but does drwon out the halway noise which in this case was actually a positive. On a positive note, our room was cleaned daily by a very kind and attentive staff member. However, cleanliness throughout the rest of the hotel was poor—particularly the poolside toilets, which didn’t appear to be cleaned during the day. TV does not have any channels and staff did not know how to get the channels for us. TV was not used once on our trip as a result. The Pool By day four, the pool was completely closed with no explanation or compens

All looks lovely online, reality is when you get there, you're shafted between the south & north hotel, management have no idea how to run a hotel, food is disgusting, serving some sort of okra at breakfast!!! ( We ate some at the town in a lovely place called UNCLES with it's own beach staff were falling over us, couldn't do enough for us) The pool side isn't cleaned regularly, towels stay on the beds all week, so hard to get a sunbed, pepsi was substituted using fizzy Pomegranate crap, tasted awful... The spa bath in the room you go to put the jets on & it stinks of rotten eggs, & disgusting water comes out of it, Even the locals asked where we were staying as soon as we said Dragut they said "oh I'm so sorry" how bad does it have to be when the locals are apologetic!! Turgutries Bodrum is a beautiful place the local people were lovely in the town, just avoid this hotel at all costs, how it's even described as all inclusive, I've no idea!!! & Said to be 3/4 star hotels...... The mind boggles

RUN!!! Don`t waste your money in this joke hotel. We went there at the end of July with my wife and my 8-year-old son, and I can tell everyone AVOID THIS HOTEL!! All 3 of us had food poisoning, the Air conditioning was broken, we reported, and someone from maintenance came to our room. He told us that he could not fix it, it's a bigger problem, and he needed to contact the service company. Nothing happened after that. My wife could not come out of the bathroom because the door handle came off, so she was stuck inside. For 7 days, the same food every day, just a bit cooked differently, if you have any allergies DON`T GO THERE. A lame bar that has nothing except one single type of beer, and the cheapest juice, not even an ice cream for kids. So RUN and save your money, this hotel is 2 stars, not 4

Upon arrival we were shown to a room no bigger than a box room with a toilet, we had paid for a sea view, the receptionist jumped on the bed opened the curtain and pointed at a sea view, the curtain was getting snagged in the pillows they were so low, we complained to the love holidays rep and we were moved to a more spacious room late in the afternoon on the following day, the fridge did not work and remained that way for the duration of our holiday, the pictures and gym, child club, large pool, and spa were all from the sister Hotel Dragut South, false advertising, the pool was unfiltered and tiny, it went green for 4 days while they were trying to fix it, chemical after chemical, which did not work, they eventually put in a new pump system which took 24hrs to clean the pool. The food was cold when it should be hot, and the cold food was warm, food was brought in from the sister hotel a good hour before meals, and were not covered, my group all ended with upset stomachs as did other guests. The beach loungers were restricted by the beach, it was a small ***** of beach hardly worth it. I and others were being bitten in our rooms, suspected bed bugs, there were small insects in and out of our wardrobe, one couple found a cockroach in the room. Please avoid this Hotel at all costs. We are battling for recompense after our horrendous stay.

The description of this hotel is not accurate in its advertising. What they describe is actually their sister hotel, Dragut Point South and you can go there to use the spa and entertainment (which we haven't seen) between 21:00-23:00. But when you do go there, they treat you like someone that wasn't invited to the party but showed up anyway. Dragut Point North has a small pool, no gym, no spa, no kids club and no poolside bar and snacks. The bar is poorly stocked, food tastes good, but the options are limited..chicken is the dish of every day. If you set your expectations from the start for a very basic stay, then it's ok for a cheap holiday, but just be aware of what you are getting, as it is nothing as per the description. The staff are good and the area is fantastic, but that's about as good as it gets.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Turkey. The location is amazing — beautiful sea views and a quiet, relaxing vibe. The pool area was clean and never too crowded, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The food was tasty with a good variety, especially at dinner. Overall, great value for the price. Would definitely come back!

Do not come to this hotel. The food was shocking and made my whole family which included a 4 year old child very ill. Pool is disgusting and hadn't been cleaned for over 24 hours which also made us all ill. The hotel room is falling to pieces with a wardrobe door falling on top of one of my family members. fridge broken rooms dirty and pool bathrooms disgusting. If i could give less than 1 star i would. We were told the pictures we saw were the north hotel but were in fact the south and the north was an extreme let down.

Hotel is clean, very quiet and staff are very polite, but pools are tiny, pool toilets are absolutely awful, the food well that was just appalling has given everyone on my holiday a bad belly both ends. The wardrobe in the room was falling apart and the door actually came off and fell on me. When reported to reception nobody came to fix this. No entertainment for the kids like stated on website when booking. Overall an awful experience amd would advise if you like to eat and not end up ill I would stay somewhere else.
