How this is rated a 5 star hotel I will never know. We booked this as a package deal through easyJet which makes it even more disappointing. When we arrived, we had to take our own cases into the lobby. After checking in, we was not shown to our rooms or told where anything is. Rooms are dated, bathrooms are even worse. Shower floor was so dirty we had to shower with flip flops on all week. Shower was covered in rust. As for the beds, they were hard and the bedding had rips and stains. 2 of the light switches in the room did not work Balcony was dirty rooms obviously haven’t been cleaned properly in a while. They say your room is cleaned daily however all they do is make your bed - don’t even give you clean sheets. The minibar was meant to be restocked daily. In our 7 night stay water was brought in 4 times. Suppose the only good thing is our towels were replaced daily. Only 2 big towels, not the original extra 2 small towels and shower mat. The food was inedible. Breakfast was just eggs and stale pastries. Lunch was fish or undercooked chicken - some other buffet options but the same everyday. Dinner was completely inedible. They advertise 2 restaurants, however there is only 1 which serves the same food from the buffet. We had to wait until 12 everyday to get chips from the snack bar then go out for dinner every evening. Which is extremely unacceptable when you’ve paid for all inclusive. The drinks - poor quality alcohol. Cocktails are all vile. Bar staff cannot understand you at all and when you ask for less alcohol they laugh at you. Half the time the Pepsi and lemonade was flat too! There was 2 main pools. One seemed to be cleaned more regularly than the other but was impossible to get a space there. We went to the second pool. This was so dirty, around the pool was not cleaned, tiles where cracked and rubbish was left. At one point there was smashed glass around the pool which took multiple people to tell the staff before they come and ‘cleaned’ it up. There was still shards of glass around the pool after this. After checking out, we still had a while until our transfer so we continued to use the pool facilities. We then went to shower in the spa. The shower door did not shut, floor was dirty. Toilet had not been cleaned in a long time either. The staff were most probably the worst part about this holiday. So unhelpful. One night the phone in our room was making a static noise. Told reception they took our room number and after waiting an hour we realised they were not coming up. My boyfriend also wasted his first 2 days waiting for guest relations manager to which she was no where to be found. Whenever he asked where she was he would be told to wait another 30 minutes. EasyJet also did not have a rep on site so was difficult to talk to them too. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I advise you not to book here and waste your money.

I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this hotel. It is no where near a 5 star (2 star max) visible dirt everywhere, not a nice place to take kids. The staff are rude and do not speak any English, they laugh at you if you are English and dismiss you. We had multiple issues with this hotel: rooms weren’t clean, safe didn’t work, had to shower with shoes on as it was so unhygienic, beds are rock hard. Food is terrible, only option for break fast is eggs, dinner and lunch was worse, food was re heated multiple times. We had raw chicken & eggs which led to being unwell for 2 of the days. Flies all over the salad spreading god knows what! Broken glass around the pool which took over half an hour to get cleaned up as the staff didn’t speak English and understand when multiple people went up and complained about it and even after they “cleaned” there was still visible shards of glass all next to the pool where people are bare foot. Didn’t see the pools get cleaned once during the week we was there, they was getting more cloudy everyday with broken tiles around& in the pool leading to multiple people cutting themselves. We paid for all our inclusive yet had to eat out every night in the town for some decent food. There was black mould in the spa changing rooms dirty cups and plates left outside of rooms. The toilets where a state tissue up the walls from the bins not being changed. Our room only got “cleaned” once during our week stay and we had to complain to get them to do this, beds where not changed. Mini bar was not topped up once.

Quite literally the worst hotel I have ever been to. Unclean, our room had dust pushed into the corner, dirt and geese on the shower floor, a matresss that was so hard it was unbearable. (We met one couple who had to be moved due to bed bugs). Food- almost all of it other than the meat is reheated and reused. Don’t listen to the website or jet2 or easyJet that say 2 a la carte restaurants. There was no fish restaurant and it’s not a la Carte. It’s a set menu pretty much serving the same quality food as the buffet. One day we had eggs for breakfast that wasn’t cooked and one day we had a piece of chicken that was not cooked. We had to eat out every night and it costed us over a 1,000 between us Staff- extremely poor, none of them speak fluent English so when you go to complain about the hotel it is matched with the staff’s incompetence to help. They often laugh and quite clearly talk about you in their native language. When I complained about the room one of the staff on reception pointed at me and said “this is because you booked a standard room, we can’t do anything” The drinks are just average all inclusive drinks, really cheap spirit and local beer, nothing special at all. Would not attempt to drink the wine it’s awful. The spa is manky and the pool side is often dirty. I could go on and on about other things but my main message is simply do not book this hotel and easyJet and jet 2 should reconsider representing this hotel

not clean, frozen food, bad air conditioning, hard mattress (though for me thats a plus), very dim rooms, at least the wi-fi works 80% of the time and it's relatively empty in early june. theres 3 swimming pools with enough space for everybody. also they serve pepsi instead of a yucky offbrand cola. staff is nice but no english except for the reception area. overall go if you have low standards. theres probably better 4* hotels on the same promenade

Arrival day: Arrived at 9pm for 10 days and first impressions were good. Bags carried to room. Room was good but not great ( a bit tired ). Bed very hard and only one pillow that had little contents. Asked for more pillows and received the next day. Had wander around hotel and pool areas. Next few days: Got our bearings and found the hotel to be everything we needed. Pool cleaned daily, room cleaned daily, fresh towels daily, areas around pools and other areas cleaned daily with an industrial cleaner, dining area always clean and ample staff to clear tables and serve drinks. I will come back to food later..!!! Bars had a great choice of all inclusive drinks including cocktails and at least one open 24hrs a day. Snack bar always immaculate, bright and fresh, serving food 5hrs per day and drinks 24hrs per day. Small beach cleaned daily and ample sun beds with canopies. Pier is washed down daily and a great place to lie and chill away from the hustle and bustle of the main pool area. Quiet pool area also great for chilling, cleaned daily. Aqua park situated just outside front of the hotel. I can’t review as we didn’t use it. Main pool clean and loads of sun beds, our only complaint is the constant loud music pumping from 10am-5pm. Bar area is modern and fresh with loads of comfortable seating. Our thoughts: Great hotel, fantastic staff and very friendly. A few communication issues but we were in a foreign country and I do speak a little Turkish. I had a conversation with the owner one night and he asked if there was anything I would change to make things better and I pointed out a few things and he started straight away to make these things happen, so they are trying to make things better 👍👍 Customer relations were brilliant, friendly and helpful. One stand out person was Marco..!! He organised the boat trips and a nicer guy you couldn’t meet. He was honest, compassionate, and completely down to earth and if he could point you in the right direction he would. Thanks Marco ❤️ Do’s and don’ts: Do try the hotel disco Do try the indoor swimming pool Do take a £5 taxi to the town centre Do take a £6 taxi to Gumusluk (small fishing village next to Turgutreis) Do enjoy the cake bar next to the beach Do take insect repellents Do take a boat trip ( we were lucky enough to see dolphins) Do check prices before agreeing to photographs Do ask for extra door cards if needed ( no extra charge) Don’t use the shop ( very expensive and over priced) Don’t expect sausage and bacon Don’t forget your sunscreen Don’t exchange money in the hotel (post office in town gives best rate for the day) Food: Main dining area has a great choice of food except for breakfast, eggs eggs eggs and more eggs. There’s something different each day. Snack bar has chips, burgers, pizza etc and loads of salad. Al a carte restaurant is a nice way to spend an evening with Turkish or fish choices. You are served there and don’t be afraid to ask how you should eat the different cou
