I really enjoyed my holiday! The first night we arrived after 11pm and headed straight to the snack bar along the beach where we were able to eat a full meal and a cocktail! The all inclusive was great, we ate in the Turkish restaurant and the Chinese, both were delicious and offered a change from the dinner hall. The food in the dinner hall however was acceptable to me, plenty choice for all and some tasty options. The first day me and my family went for a Turkish bath that also included a massage and face mask for £60. This was a new experience for me and I would recommend. The main thing that let down our experience was the entertainment, I think this was also because we visited later in the season. There was not much available through the day and the evening entertainment was mainly dancing. The entertainment team didn’t seem to try very hard to get people involved, when it was French boules we were told there were not enough people who knew how to play which was disappointing as I believe that is part of the job to show people. We also went to the water sports just outside the hotel, two people could get ski for £45 which I thought was a good deal, the family who worked here were exceptional. I would be happy to revisit this hotel and all in all had a very relaxing holiday. If I were going back I would take a ping pong set for the table.

On arriving at Las Pyramides we were met in the dirty Reception by staff with a totally "Couldnt care less" attitude. We had to stand and wait to be checked in while they finished chatting to the "entertainment" staff. We were directed to a room stinking of drains and hot as a greenhouse. No ai-rconditioning we were told. We asked could we be moved to a room on the other side of the building then more in the shade. They very reluctantly moved us and said that they did have rooms with air conditioning on the top floor, but none were available and anyway would cost an extra £12 a day. We complained to Jet2 customer services as no rep was available on site for 3 days. After too long a deabcle to go into we didnt get moved. We could hire a portable fan for £20 a week, non refundable, WiFii also was extra every day,TV was extra every day. Then there was the "food". It was disgraceful. Always luke warm, always tasteless or cooked til like leather. Even the salad was tasteless!! The cleaners didnt change towels or the bins for 3 days and the smell in the bathroom was horrendous. We had to complain to the rep just to get our room cleaned! Do not stay at this hotel. Its the worst Ive ever stayed in.

Not a five star resort 3 star plus at the most Food cold , rooms not very clean, bathrooms full of mould and patch repaired tiles. Entertainment non existent and very poor at best. Dinner is at 7pm where all guests rush the main dining area .. this needs to be earlier opening times . Alcohol is of very poor standard and ran out constantly with it not being replaced. Bar staff moody and spoke very little English. Pool area was messy with spillages not cleaned up.

The hotel has plenty of facilities to cater for everyone’s needs. Private beach was perfect and the sea swings were an added bonus. Hotel was spotless at all times. Great selection of food and drinks. Varied entertainment of an evening: dancers & live music. Pool was inaccessible in October as it was freezing. Sea was warmer. Unfortunately, no porters to guide you to your room so struggled to find our room on arrival as the hotel is massive. Spa treatments were a bit pricey.

Beautiful hotel, albeit the rooms need some TLC and I personally think the pool areas could be cleaner. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets, and a lovely private beach where you can hire jet skis or take a boat trip. I am a fussy eater and enjoy good quality food however, I always managed to find something nice to eat, the choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner are huge and varied, if you can't find something nice then may I suggest you don't do all inclusive again. The A la carte Turkish restaurant was fabulous. Food and drink is available 24/7 and the restaurant on the beach is great for lunch with a very simple app to order from. The entertainment was fantastic with a variety of acts bands and dance groups every night. There is even a night club on site for those who want a late drink, this hotel has literally thought of everything. You really don't need to leave the hotel if you dont want to there is plenty happening here. Turgutries itself is a bit of a dump I wouldn't waste your time going down there. All of the staff work so hard here, I take my hat off to them. There weren't many English st the hotel mainly Scottish, Dutch and Russians and the staff speak very little English apart from the reception staff. Fabulous holiday. Highly recommend.

Stayed here last year and there has been many improvements to the facilities with an improved menu in the main restaurant. Excellent staff especially Annie on guest relateions who you can always rely on also Alena on reception always greets you with a smile. We ate in the showcase restaurants as well with special mention to Abdula in the Turkish restaurant and Ercan in the Italian restaurant excellent service from both. Cannot fault this Hotel the staff are the main reason we keep returning. Thank you la blanche for another wonderful holiday

Currently at the end of the holiday. This is my second time here. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews people do find any reason to complain, it is a 4 star hotel. Yes it could do with a lick of paint here and there but I’ve seen them start this while being here as it is end of season. Positives - - food good choice, there is lots of it! We have never struggled and enjoyed every single meal in the buffet and the snack bar. We got to the hotel at 1am and went to the 24/7 snack bar which is useful. -Turkish and Chinese al la carte would highly recommend the Turkish is a different level of good! (We didn’t use fish or Italian) - Cocktails was nice ask for strawberry mojito they will make it even though not on menu. And ice tea is to die for! - Rooms - nice size we had a recently decorated one was lovely. Beds very comfy. - Beach was our choice (private) and we never struggled for a sun bed even getting there at 9am and the sea was warm ( can see why is school holidays it would be a struggle though) - pool is a very good size. - The massages are really good haggle on price and you can get him down. - Evening entertainment there was enough but I’m sure people with children would want a bit more. But it is chilled in the evening which we wanted. - Perfect location!! 10 minute walk along beach to the town which was lovely some great shops and restaurants! We ate out at uncles and had a huge meat sharing platter and cocktails and was around £40 - Staff have been very helpful whenever we have needed them and been polite. - Sunset views at to die for so please don’t miss those. Negatives - we was in room 7115 air con was hit and miss but they did try and fix this but it was manageable. In the height of season it may be a struggle but report it and they will come out. - Housekeeping - overall ok but they could do with taking empty bottles and rubbish away instead of just making the beds, one day they didn’t give us toilet roll but this was very quickly resolved. just a tiny criticism. I’d recommend a private transfer we booked through holiday extras and was £80 for return and took 40 minutes we heard people saying the coach took well over an hour! I would come back a third time! (Even looking with my sister for next September) this hotel has everything you need and great location for the price you pay. For the same hotel in Antalya or marmaris, popular areas of turkey you’d be paying a hell of a lot more for it!

We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at La Blanche Resort with TUI and we had a really relaxing break. After reading other reviews, I think some points made are a little unfair. We arrived around 3pm at the Hotel to be told our room wasn’t ready yet and to go to the snack bar and eat and they would be done, which they were. We were allocated a family room on the ground floor which suited us fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. House keeping came by each day and made beds/changed towels. Our only concern was our patio door was left open after nearly every visit and being ground floor our room was accessible from the gardens so we often had to pop back to check and close and lock the door. The pool area was vast with plenty of sun loungers to go round, as well as the beach area. You could have gone to either area at any time and found space, although I image this was a different story at the height of the season. All areas were being constantly cleaned during the day and evening, the guy on the beach was fantastic! Clearing loungers of sand and shaking out towels, he really did a fabulous job. The only downside we found were the boat sales and spa guy, they were all very pushy and the spa man downright rude, we saw him numerous times shaking his head at people and muttering whilst walking off. If I don’t want a boat ride or a massage, I am well within my rights to refuse you, don’t then pester me or try and educate me on how I should spend my money. Food was good, we always found something to eat – we’ve turned into a country that gets upset if English cuisine isn’t on the menu and that’s really sad as there were lots of tasty different dishes to try. The snack bar was also a fab place to eat, we ate there a few times – fast and easy to order from the QR Code, apparently its 24hrs but we didn’t test this! There Is also cake and rolls available at the bar under the stairs to get throughout the day so lots to choose from. We enjoyed a meal in the Turkish A ’La Carte restaurant one evening. My husband booked one morning at Guest Relations, no issues with that, but again could see that being busy during high season. Food was plentiful and full of flavour, we left there absolutely stuffed! We really were spoilt for choice when it came to bars. Our favourite was the beach bar as during the evenings it was often quieter and more relaxing. There was entertainment at the main bar, but this didn’t interest us, so we found ourselves finding the quieter spots to enjoy. The staff in all the bars/restaurants all work tirelessly to look after everyone. We witnessed on a few occasions people talking down to them and treating them poorly, so you can understand why at times they probably aren’t the smiley-est, but we never had an issue with anyone, and appreciate the hard work they put in. We headed out into the local town a couple of times, really nice 10-minute walk along the beachfront, note it is not well lit when its dark. This was a nice chan

Just returned from 11 nights with my husband and i had a great time. Hotel is a little tired in places and unfortunately we were in a room that was needing updated, however it was clean. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed everyday. Pool area very busy and loud as that were the activities took place but we just went to the beach area at pier which was very relaxing. Plenty of good choice for food although times it could have been warmer, drink were pretty standard. Chinese al-a-carte restaurant was lovely Dave and James are the guys to go to for boat trip which would recommend and also the trip to Kos, lovely guys and very helpful We had 2 massages which were great and we had good banter with the guy that spoke to you about them at the pool/beach area, very cheery All in all we had a great holiday but in my opinion the hotels more of a solid 4 star, definitely not a 5.
