Room very nice. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff excllent but food not good. We were only allowed to book the restaurant twice during our stay and the food was much better. The burger bar closed half way through our stay which was the best place to get lunch.The sun beds were uncomfortable and beach towels awful. We would not stay again.

It didn’t start very well, as I felt a sense of unfriendliness during my first day of staying. It was the end of the season literally the last week before the hotel closed for winter but I still expected that this wouldn’t affect my long-awaited holiday. After expressing my concerns, I did notice a huge effort from the team to make things right. A big thank you to Emrah, Berkan, Sam, John, and Mumu – it was great to finally see smiling faces and genuine hospitality. However, the main downside for me was the experience with the front desk/guest relations. I’m not sure if it was due to a language barrier or communication style (I doubt it, since I’ve been to Bodrum three times and Turkish hospitality is usually top-notch – even better than where I’m from, Bali, Indonesia). The ladies at the front desk didn’t seem to handle guest concerns well; they came across as defensive and almost patronizing. For example, when I shared my concern, Essan replied, “So what do you want from us to make this better? If you don’t decide, I will decide the next action for you.” — which felt quite harsh as a guest expecting hospitality. Property-wise, the communal areas appear recently renovated, with modern and appealing design. However, the rooms are quite outdated, especially the bathroom. The water drains in both the shower and sink are rusty and emit unpleasant smells. Amenities are very limited — not even facial tissues, just toilet paper. The bed was hard, and the linen not soft to the touch. Aircon was noisy and couldn't maintain the temperature. The food was okay, but lacked variation on daily basis; the beef dishes were dry and under-seasoned, fish options are not boneless (those little bones inside the flesh). On a positive note, the drinks were good for an all-inclusive — cocktails were made à la minute and not pre-batched, which I appreciated. Another bit of feedback: I know it was the end of the season, but I wish there had been some entertainment, especially on October 31st. My son was expecting something fun for Halloween, but there was nothing planned — even a small trick-or-treat activity would have been lovely. Would I come back? Maybe, because of the wonderful people I mentioned earlier — but honestly, I didn’t enjoy the room and couldn’t wait to go home to my own bed, which is rare for me when staying at a 5-star hotel. On a bright note, I absolutely loved all the big dogs around the property — they left the best impression on us! 🐾 Also the view and the beach are amazing, great sunset too!

The entertainment team is the heart of the hotel. They made our stay unforgettable ❤️‍🔥 The program was varied: aqua aerobics, sports activities, evening shows, and a night out at the club. Our group had plenty of it all. The team is very energetic and proactive! Special thanks to the entertainment staff: Mayssa, Emy and Momo for a wonderful stay! We also absolutely loved the yacht trip. Thanks to Eddy for his detailed advice, selection, and trip organization. We visited beautiful, clean beaches 😎

My partner and I stayed for 14 nights mid October, Quiet location being the end of season most bars etc shut , but 20 min walk into Turgutreis, Hotel was clean fairly upmarket our room was in the Annexe over looking the sea picture postcard view no complaints except second week smell from drains , room cleaned everyday, entertainment was not for us we like more shows less bingo and karaoke, food / staff , they have few staff members who go out there way to be helpful, especially Hamza , Eyyup , and most Bar staff , Most restaurant staff unhelpful , or just plane rude when wanting, drinks or cutlery on your table the basics in a 2 star hotel ! Nadine being one of the exceptions served us on occasions and was very polite and professional, but as the weather was chilly outside , most evenings you had no choice but to scramble to find a table inside, unless you got there late , the food was very repetitive Luke warm and just boring , apart from the snack bar although same menu everyday was fresh and hot , and not forgetting the a la carte which was lovely, overall hotel quiet nice location on the beach but so many let downs .

I spent 11 nights here at the beginning of october. Vey nice hotel. Great location, by the nice and clean beach, about 15 minutes walk along the promenade to Turgutreis. The staff - helpful, friendly and always smiling. Room - clean, comfortable bed. Food - varied and very tasty. Delicious desserts. Great team of animators. They organized their time and entertainment perfectly. Thank you Momo, John and Maysaa for a large dose of humor. I had a great time. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I recommend. I'll come back.

Where Arin resort id an amazing location near a lot of shops to buy all types of things. It atmosphere is amazing with a lot of lighting music everywhere.The rooms get cleaned when you want and a small mini fridge as well very clean. It’s also not too expensive and for the price it’s work it any day. The noise level it’s not to loud not to quite at the pool bar everywhere else it’s normal. The staff are so good best that there are jhon and momo and mayssa everyone was good lovely place highly recommend it.
