Alfa Apart Otel

It is a very beautiful, clean and quiet family environment. The beach is very clean and it is very good that there are seats for us. Our children were in safety in the garden where there are very interested staff and pets. A climate and evening conversations that each guest could be friends at once were very nice. Thank you for everything.
One More Day Hotel

Market, eczane, restorant her şeye yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile akçabükü plajı yaklaşık 15 dk. Düzenli oda temizliği yapılıyor. Resepsiyon görevlisi kadınlara özellikle teşekkür ederim.
Dragut Point South Hotel-All Inclusive

Area is incredibly beautiful. It was our first trip to Turkey. The airport was much further away from the hotel than promoted, it took us 1.15 in a private taxi. Arrived late at night, one person on reception that hardly spoke English. Given key to room on 3rd floor, but it didn't work, after 15 minutes of not being able to get in, receptionist called for assistance. We finally got in to find aircon unit on floor. So, we went back to reception and was eventually. oved to another room along the corridor. No water in room, aircon blowing as fan but not cold, no tea and coffee making facilities. Internet was poor, so we couldn't connect. TV was not working. The next day we met our rep who spoke to reception and asked we be moved to a different room again, eventually on day 3 we were moved to the 1st floor. We were more than disappointed with the hotel. The images promoting the hotel are fantastic, but I guess taken a long time ago and by very clever photographers. The food hall is nothing like the images and the food likewise. There was an abundance of salads, eggs, cheese, and dips (we had no idea what anything was as there was no food labelling in the entire food hall). Hot food was questionable, pasta, lots of overcooked vegetables, rice, but no meat other than chicken, stewed, casseroled, boiled.... not a kebab in sight! You go to the lower ground floor to get your food and take it upstairs to the pool area to eat. Only entertainment was poolside DJ though on Saturday night there was a 30-minute Turkish dance troop. Kids entertainment from 9 pm that was 3 DJ songs . . . We did notice a game of water basketball. Was expecting nightly entertainment (we go all inclusive every time and every hotel we have been to have different entertainment nightly) . . . Overall rooms were not up to standard. Food - we ate cheese, bread and melon and although paid for all inclusive, we ate out every evening in the local restaurants (they guessed where we was staying as they said they have lots of people roaming up to their restaurant because the food quality at our hotel was bad). No aircon for first 6 days and the temperature was in late 30s early 40s, no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms as described in promotional material, no water provided but could be collected from bar BUT lift had sign saying no food or drinks to be taken to the rooms. Lifts often out of order (we were on 3rd floor for first 3 days, and I have mobility issues). Saw house keepers once during our stay. The private beach was one sunbed deep and full most of the time, as was the jetty and the stairs up and down the jetty was dangerous, we saw an older man fall and went to his rescue. All sunbeds around pool full most of the time. The communal toilets around bars and pool areas were beyond dirty, often flooded and no toilet paper or handwash. Lots of very watered-down drinks from the bar (I don't drink alcohol so was not a problem for me) coffee machine often out of order.
Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach

Hotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.
