平台留的電話打了兩次沒人接，前台看起來像個小屁孩，屋裡凳子都沒有，沒有沐浴露沒有洗髮水，屋裡環境一般，廁所環境更差了。屋裡呆的好好的，敲門也不問問有沒有人，用萬能卡刷就進來了？就這還一百多，怎麼想的呢

環境衞生都可以，下次顧客入住前清點好你們的物品，隨意亂價加就很不好。一共兩瓶涼白開一瓶百歲山而且我們衹喝了一瓶涼白開結算時又給加了一瓶百歲山錢，因為趕時間沒空和你們核對，自己好好核對一下吧，這樣很傷顧客不是錢的問題是傷客的問題。

非常差的一次住宿感受，①房間定的是35平方，實際最多25平方，②被子，浴巾有黴味，③説有電梯實際根本沒有電梯，④説有停車場，實際就是停在市政道路上，有被抄牌的可能，⑤不在收費明細表的礦泉水，強行收費，⑥服務態度生硬，根本沒有良好的服務意識。
