"A decent 3-4:star hotel. The room size is spacious with balcony. The amenities is basic but sufficient if you are going to be a touch and go guests. The shower water pressure a bit low but the hand wash tap comes with hot water. The breakfast was great. Malaysian food and good variety."

"It was a very mixed experience. The little container was sweet and very comfortable with the curtains closed. Bed and pillows were good quality.  Staff were lovely and very attentive.  The pool was busy with Muslims so I didn’t feel comfortable getting in it with my semi naked body. The container was right next to the pool so it felt very exposed especially when the pool was busy and who wants to close their curtains in the middle of the day?  I asked if I could swim once the pool was empty, however this was after 8pm and the pool was closed. This policy needs to be reviewed for residents of the pool side rooms.  It felt a bit like a halal leasure centre so that wasn’t relaxing when I was looking forward to hanging out at the pool.  The sounding area is beautiful and Taiping is beautiful.  Saying this it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. There were more positives than negatives."

"I've stayed here multiple times. Overall, everything is fine. My only suggestion is that the maintenance could definitely be improved. However, considering the price, the room you get offers good value. The service is good, and the receptionists are excellent. It's a comfortable place to stay."

"Location just nice to me as we can walking to Taiping lake in the morning and having our morning tea time at 988 hawker which quite suit for my dad taste. In between, we can walk to the hawker center which near Taiping Mall to have You Zha Kui and Tau Fu Hua. We go Spritzer ecopark within 15min from the hotel. Just nice for me and my families to relax in the hectic life. We had been in Taiping as families for 3 times at the same hotel . Will back here for more trips."

"A really nice place outside of the old city in a busy new area with malls on the doorstep. Be aware, the guy on reception tried to charge me a tax and I had to show him my booking to get the money back as trip had included it in the cost. Other than that a very nice place."
