Spending my first little vacay with my boyfriend in here was really awesome. The Eco Suite was absolutely a cute little gem. It was so cozy. Literally loved it. At breakfast you have a variety of homemade cakes & a very nice selection of other sweet & savory stuff. For lunch you got a really nice menu to choose of really good food. The pool, heated indoor pool, spa, sauna & the jacuzzi. Literally made us relax & made us feel really out of the usual everyday life for real. Hands up to Caterina who helped me organize a little surprise for my Man. NB. Only thing to maybe improve is the room-cleaning.

We were blown away by the beauty of the villa. We loved the indoor pool and the spa experience. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was an added treat! I also love that this hotel has an elevator, making it accessible and easy to go up and down with suitcases. I hope to return someday.

This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately.
Otherwise a perfect experience!

Very relaxing stay with helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant and spa services. Highly recommend the 1hour private spa experience which contains a sauna, mineral shower, hot tub and lounge chairs. Rooms are very comfortable as well with large beds and living spaces.

Made a last minute change to our itinerary and found this treasure near Lago Tresimeno had availability. A historic villa with modern updates in its unique suites and rooms. The spa is very deluxe and the onsite restaurant provides breakfast and is available for dinner. It rivals Michelin-starred eateries anywhere. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Not far off the highway, but it seems like it is in another world. Service was wonderfully friendly and welcoming.

I highly recommend this fantastic spa hotel. Stayed for 4 nights to tour the Tuscany region on our own. The location is excellent if you're looking to tour some of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The facility is amazing and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Beautiful grounds to stroll around the facility. On site restaurant and spa with indoor and outdoor pools. We can't wait to go back.

We had a suite with a balcony, the room was tired (as is the rest of the resort) and could do with a deep clean. I believe it is for sale so that maybe the problem. The staff were not very helpful and seemed to feel put upon, they try and up sell you on having dinner in their restaurant. There are very few local restaurants within walking distance either. It is a stretch to call it a resort and spa however the grounds were nice.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in the Queen Suite and we were very happy with both the hotel and the restaurant. The service was very good--there are only a handful of rooms so each guest gets special treatment. We were also impressed with the spa facilities both an indoor pool and outdoor pool. The restaurant was delicious--huge wine menu and really good food. We would definitely recommend to friends!
