Hotel very well located, Hotel in the city center with a warm welcome and high-end rooms, clean and quiet, friendly staff, reasonable price and I recommend it. I liked the location and the staff at this hotel. I disliked the basic rooms, lack of hairdryer, poor amenities and lack of soundproof. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its central location was convenient for accessing city amenities. Check-in was efficient, and payment with a card was accepted. Staff was amazing, very kind and professional, always smiling and ready to help. However, the rooms are basic, lacking soundproofing. I could hear water flowing through pipes, noise from breakfast preparation, and experienced a persistent humming from the ceiling in room 101, possibly from the air conditioning. After relocating to room 401, the lack of noise improved, though bring your earplugs. There is a space under your door and you can hear your neighbors closing doors, walking, breathing. The breakfast selection was minimal, consisting mainly of bread, butter, one egg, kids juice, coffee and milk. On the last night, the elevator was out of order, causing disruptive noise until morning. The lack of amenities and noise disturbances affected the overall quality of my stay. Despite the convenient location, clean rooms, the value for money was questionable.

The location was excellent, right off the main avenue Bourguiba. The room was a decent size and had a balcony and bathroom. There was a breakfast included which was nice, but it’s a more European style (no full English etc). The man on reception was exceptionally nice but the door staff just ignored you. Room was mostly clean except a few hairs on the bedsheets.

The room is not very big, the floor height is low, and there are not many varieties of breakfast, but it tastes good and the fruits are fresh. The hotel's location is convenient and very suitable for business travel. Overall very satisfied

La Tunisia è decisamente economica. Per mangiare, fare benzina, shopping… Gli hotel, però, non sono proprio regalati. Almeno, non se si prenota dall’Italia, tramite Booking e cercando un minimo di rapporto qualità/prezzo. Questo albergo, a dieci minuti a piedi da Porte de France e, quindi, dall’ingresso della Medina, ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ed è perfetto per girare la città. Le camere - noi avevamo una tripla - sono ampie e funzionali. I letti comodi. Il bagno grande e ben organizzato. Buono anche il livello igienico e varia la colazione compresa nel prezzo. Unica cosa, forse, migliorabile il segnale Wi-Fi nelle stanze. La reception è aperta h24 e per chi viaggia in macchina poco distante c’è un parcheggio a pagamento custodito. Consigliato.

Requested to borrow an iron but was given the brush off. Told to go back the next morning (it seems they do not ''work'' in the evenings). Went to the reception the next morning at least 4 times to ask and remind and each time I was creative answers from ''didn't they give you already?'' to ''it's with another guest'', to finally, ''we don't have any''. If they had simply said they do not provide right from the beginning rather than played around, I would not have been so disgusted with the poor attitude. They offered to press my shirt instead but who would dare trust them after all the run-around, by the very same receptionist?!

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.

Negative: The moquettes are dirty and sliced as the restaurant seats. The ”quad” and ”pirate boat” services are poor and priceless. The real pirates are in the hotel ...A avoid ... The restaurant is very supermarket cafeteria. Although some supermarkets do much better. The price of the week is too high for the service and the country. The tourist has to pay and he does everything for. Positive: The staff is mostly sympathetic. The swimming pools are low (1m) but pleasant. The beach is in contact with the hotel.
