Tunis Tunis Centre Hotels

I have never stayed at this Hotel before, many in Tunis Centre. The Hotel was excellent. I read some of the reviews about noise and dogs Barking, I never heard anything, maybe because at the back. Service on arrival was great and the 3 nights stay all reception and security were friendly and polite. Room 242 was excellent, big, twin beds, only me in room, all amenities in place, was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was excellent everything there. Staff could have been a little happier only once did I get good morning. Food was great and fresh. I will definately stay here again, right in Centre, everything nearby. For the price best hotel I have stayed in Tunis Centre.

When traveling alone, I don't have very high requirements for accommodation. It just needs to be clean and have a private bathroom. The Swissotel is in a very good location, near the train station and only a few hundred meters from Medina, in a small alley next to the main road. During the day, I saw cleaners cleaning the path in front of the door, but at night there would be a lot of garbage on the road. This has something to do with the national character of this country. People are used to throwing garbage on the ground. This is not the hotel's fault. The interior of the hotel is very clean. Go right from the hotel and there is a big trash can at the intersection. At night, it is often overturned and scattered with garbage. If you want to go to the supermarket to buy things, you must pass by this trash can. This may be the reason for the bad surrounding environment mentioned in some comments. The breakfast is different every day, simple and delicious. It is 8 kilometers from the hotel to the airport, and it costs 8 dinars to take a metered taxi. But from the airport to the hotel, you will be charged 25 dinars. The toilet in the room I stayed in did not have a toilet seat, and I could discuss changing rooms with the hotel.

The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

Continued to live. If you don't have a lot of money for travel/business trip, this hotel has good value for money. Definitely not a place for tour groups. It's very close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. It is very convenient for a day trip to Sousse and El Jem. To go to Sidi bou Said and Carthage, you need to take a bus to Tunis Marine, which may take 15 minutes on foot.

This place was OK, but not great value for money. There is definitely better out there if you go and look.

I think this tunisia confort hotel is so good so bad because You know At night big noise, music in cafe etc on. Breakfast is not good, first day coffee, croissants 1, juice That’s all…

Das Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und groß genug. Die Matratze war gut. Leider weder Haartrockner und Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber man wird satt. Der Weg zum Hotel ging über den Markt, was schon ganz gute Eindrücke in die Stadt gibt. Die Lage selbst ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir haben gut geschlafen

Being engaged to a tunisian girl i fly frequently to tunis from the UK. Location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes from airport, busy area but i dont think its an area to walk around at late night. Ive tried loads of the hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 star hotels in tunis city, hamamet and sousa areas. This hotel is a small hidden gem. I was Greeted with a smile when i came around midnight, check in took a minute (unfortunately wasn't given the wifi password on the spot had to ask for it latter on) The wifi was very fast in the room, i had no issues with connectivity The owner offered me a complementary bottle of water which i appreciated cause if was thirsty and hungry, they offered to get me some food from a nearby fast food place, so i requested a sandwich which i paid 15 tunisian dinners for ( didnt likee the sandwich much but i appreciated there help 😅😅😅) The hotel itself is very very nice, not a generic build, had a tunisian look to it with paintings everywhere, they have like a small venue area down in reception The room was spacious and again nothing generic about it. The beds were steel frame beds so nothing fancy but the mattress was new and comfortable Everything was spot on clean flat tv on the wall and an A/C unit which was functional, all remotes were there in the room. The rooms were very calm, no noise and most important they WEREN'T PAPER THIN !!!! No kettle or tea/coffee in the room 2 towels in bathroom, small to medium size, no large ones Shampoo was available in packets, they supplied 2, Toiletries available, very clean modern toilet, no leaks Overall I loved this hotel, i paid 20 pounds for the night and i am 100% sure i will be coming again soon

Going into the hotel to have security checks, I feel very safe. The hotel provides free drinking water, which is very rare in Tunisia, and many four-star hotels do not. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The nine-story can give a bird's-eye view of Tunisia.
