"Downtown is more convenient. However, renting a car is not convenient, and parking is still chargeable. The gym also charges. The court style of the hotel, some people feel style, others feel scary. You can live without driving."
"I have never stayed at this Hotel before, many in Tunis Centre. The Hotel was excellent. I read some of the reviews about noise and dogs Barking, I never heard anything, maybe because at the back. Service on arrival was great and the 3 nights stay all reception and security were friendly and polite.
Room 242 was excellent, big, twin beds, only me in room, all amenities in place, was very clean and air-conditioning worked well.
Breakfast was excellent everything there. Staff could have been a little happier only once did I get good morning. Food was great and fresh.
I will definately stay here again, right in Centre, everything nearby.
For the price best hotel I have stayed in Tunis Centre."

"The hotel is very new, the equipment is good, the most nice thing is that the hotel staff has no problem in English communication, and the room is automatically upgraded to a suite, giving a big surprise."
"Overall, it is close to the airport, clean, no carpet in the room, newly renovated. There is no elevator, and you have to carry your luggage yourself. The most incredible thing is that the shower room does not have a water retaining bar. The toilet leaks after a shower and the floor is full of water. It is recommended that you can live without a shower for one night."
"I think this tunisia confort hotel is so good so bad because
You know At night big noise, music in cafe etc on.
Breakfast is not good, first day coffee, croissants 1, juice
That’s all…"
"The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water."
"Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option."
"The hotel is located in the city center, opposite the mosque. The hotel is standard four stars, it looks like it is newly built or newly renovated. The twin room is more spacious, clean and tidy, separated from wet and dry, there is mineral water, bathrobe, but no slippers, there is a quilt, which can cover the big quilt of the twin bed. One of us is more embarrassing. Can sleep in a bathrobe. Breakfast is nothing special, no different from the average hotel. The overall feeling is that the price is low, and the price is more expensive for our trip to Tunisia."
"This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow."

Amazing
TTarasHôtel Belvédère Fourati is conveniently located close to the airport, within a 10-minute drive. There is no hotel shuttle and, if you ask, the hotel will charge you more than you would pay for a taxi. All hotel staff are friendly and willing to help you with anything. The rooms were clean and up to a world standard. Presently surprised with a fruit basket on our arrival, had tasty dates. There is a shisha bar next door and many other places nearby to eat. I would highly recommend it for other guests to stay.
GGuest UserBooked maia hotel for 5 nights... hotel was jist as described... located in ”du lac” which is the high end clean beautiful and peaceful side of tunis.
The hotel itself was good , the room was very spacious and clean , breakfast was nice (not buffet) served at the table , better then most other hotels I've stayed in previously in tunis
Customer service was amazing , especially Riyadh and atif , these 2 members of staff (at reception) were extremely helpful and kind
Would defo recommend this hotel and will be rebooking this for future visits!
AAnonymous UserIt is not bad to live here and chill would be the best choice in Ramadan even. It is not bad to live here and chill would be the best choice in Ramadan even.
HhakimThe room facilities are good, the breakfast is rich, there are restaurants around, and it is convenient to go to various places. It is very suitable for short-term business trips. There is a park near the hotel and it is relatively quiet.
GGuest UserContinued to live.
If you don't have a lot of money for travel/business trip, this hotel has good value for money. Definitely not a place for tour groups.
It's very close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. It is very convenient for a day trip to Sousse and El Jem. To go to Sidi bou Said and Carthage, you need to take a bus to Tunis Marine, which may take 15 minutes on foot.

GGuest UserMixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below :
Pros :
- Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located
- Cute hostel with beautiful tiles
- Kind and helpful staff
Cons :
- The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that
- Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed
- Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water
- Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy
Sstarboy ashaniHonestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner.
Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u.
The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy.
Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it.
You can hear every noise from another room and in passage.
View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there.
Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it.
Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there.
No iron, no kettle.
Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.
GGuest UserThis hotel has very good service and convenient location. There are many snacks downstairs, the security is relatively high, and the police station is on the side. Very good value for backpackers
