The property look nothing the aid. It needed a lot of work done to it. My toilet was broken and the room was dirty and you could see outside from the door not being seal good at. I will never stay there again.

When we first arrived around530pm, the manager had to go check room. Said TV was unavailable. Took the room at first. When we entered room, i had taken of my sandals. Not a smart move.,carpet was soaked an paper was over smoke alarm. We changed rooms to a king size. Flying bugs, garbage in drawers. We got out of there the folllowing morning as soon as possbile. Not reommending.

Awful
This was my second time standing there both times was awful. The rooms are very nasty. They are not clean. I stepped out for a minute when I came back. My key card couldn’t work on both trips. They tell me that they are having problems with the key cards when I get back to the room Someone had been in the room. The service man tell me that maintenance was in the room, but whoever was in the room had been smoking, bed with script. Everything has been moved around the service guy call someone on the phone and he says sorry ma’am. We did not check no one into the room. I explain to them. I never said you check no one into the room, but someone’s been in the room smoking, and I don’t smoke so finally they give me another room I get into the room there’s hair and cigarettes ashes on the floor so I was very frustrated. The TV didn’t work on the first trip. They told me it was because of the storm on the second trip that’s even they work again at this point I’m like no no need to complain to the other. They’re not trying to fix anything around here. I’ll be gone by morning around 5:45 AM. Someone’s going around knocking on all the guest doors waking me up at my sleep. Checkout tab is not until 11 AM. This has been a very awful trip. I do not recommend this hotel to no one. They need to fix a lot of things. Food don’t work and it’s just nasty and awful everywhere.

The pillows were dirty and smelly The room was very filthy. The doors were broke. I stayed there two days with no key to my room. The hotel had roaches the hotel had bedbugs. I took picture of everything inside of the room. The bathtub was nasty.

A Hotel from Hell Experience
Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this “hotel” was a nice place, now it should be condemned, closed or totally refurbished.

My stay again at ABVI Sonesta, Tunica Resorts was excellent, and I loved to stay on all my forthcoming trips for business. Close to ******* and eateries around. The staff was hospitable. All requests were taken care of. The golf ground is walkable.

Pulling up to the building it was no beautiful landscaping. It's also bird nest or bat nests on top of the building ceiling outside. Walking in it has a very bad odor inside the building. Get my room it is you can't go into the room from the outside you have to go down the hall inside of the building down then let yourself in from the inside of room plus the inside door handles are lose. Beds are not made it looks like someone sleep in the bed, carpet with spots smell like mold. They need to update the hotel I know they got money for the hotel to update. The hotel is really really bad do not stay at the hotel I don't care if you're going on a road trip sleep in your car. It's sad how the hotel is people would like to stay near places you go but not a dirty one and smelling one. I can't give them a star that's how bad it is.

Hello All, Recently I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn, Tunica, I had wonderful stay with nice continental breakfast, staff were professionally trained and the rooms were clean. There was only one set of towels initially as soon as I called the staff with in no time they gave extra set of towels along with complementary water bottle. I had wonderful time with my kids and friend's I would love to stay back in kids spring holidays.

I had a great time while spending here, with a clean and tidy room with a pleasant fragrance. I visited this place with my friends as it is near to all the *******, we also enjoyed the continental breakfast which was served in the morning. The coffee was available 24/7, and the appliances like TV, microwave are in good condition. The front desk staff were very helpful in guiding us through the food and other places we could visit. Overall, this was a good experience and would like to visit sometime in the future.
