I called OYO for a room, booked through their central number and prepaid $68 as required prior to arrival. When we arrived we were informed that there were no rooms available. The clerk stated he had no ability to issue a refund and refused to help find a room (even within their own company). I called the main customer service number and asked for a full refund. I was given $3 back, being charged a $65 cancellation fee. This happened to the two families arriving just after me as well. This company is a scam.

They closed the hotel for renovations back in late Sep. Or early Oct. It really needed it. Housekeeping was, like, maybe. I've entire place looked, well, just tried. I'm looking forward to enjoying a new stop over point. Great location, quiet, and there was overnight security.

I don't use the word "deceived" very often. But truly felt deceived after booking this hotel. There was no breakfast offered even though TripAdvisor claims there is free breakfast. The surrounding area is filled with people sleeping in their cars. The entire hotel is dimly lit and feels like something out of The Shining. No pool, no laundry, no breakfast. Just make sure you know what you are booking otherwise you will be disappointed.

Quiet hotel and comfortable beds. Did appear that the hotel also had long stay guests. A couple of cars in the parking lot appeared to have not been running for quite some time. Dingy hallways and old carpets in rooms and smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was advertised on the site where we booked but wasn't available. On the whole, we slept well and the place was inexpensive.

We got married 8/8/2022 and we decided to go for a short honeymoon near by, we looked on line for a reasonable hotel and seen OYO pictures and descriptions of its facility. So we booked based on what the website showed and said about its facility. When we arrived my first impression was , this isn’t what we seen on the website. We continue to go inside and , in the lobby was a guest talking to everyone that came in , as if was a place of home fir him. We got registered and went down to the room. We sat for 30 mins and I said we are not staying here. After viewing the room the bathroom ppl walking in the parking lot looking in your window, ppl sitting in the hallways, kids playing in the parking lot. . We went to the front desk and told the front desk that we are checking out. He said we can not get a refund, I said I will be calling our bank to do a dispute. We left and refuse to stay . False advertising is not a good way to get ppl to come, especially if they drive a long distance.

It's cheap for a reason, this place is full of homeless, drug *******, drunks, and people sleeping in their cars and hanging out all hours of the night in the parking lot. Had cops pounding on our door at 2am looking for a guy on our floor. The room had cigarette burns all over the floors and countertops. There was mold on all the molding, and food crusted on the kitchen faucet... Said something to the front desk and they didn't do anything about it or move us. The website makes it look like it's a clean place and offers breakfast and pool but there is none of that. Do not be fooled, this place is terrible.
