圖們是個很小的城市，感覺就衹有兩三條街，人也很少，當地的住宿條件就這樣吧。這家酒店算是位置比較好，樓下就是步行街。如果時間允許到延吉或者琿春市都會舒適些。

環境：很是一般 走廊和屋子裡全是煙味 枕套上也都是煙味！！還有衞生間的熱水器漏水……滴到下面的馬桶上全是水😒屋裡沒有暖氣 空調比較老式 取暖也很一般 總體感覺不好！！

全家出行，訂了家庭房。酒店位置不錯，在步行街旁邊，吃飯很方便。步行到廣場，口岸就可以到達。車子停酒店門口。房間乾淨整潔，唯一不足，淋浴頭，衹能用頭頂上的大噴頭，手拿的噴頭不工作。前台接待態度好，總體不錯。

藝天酒店的招牌很醒目，自身沒有門面，衹是臨街一部電梯上三樓進他家酒店。房間很大，但是靠窗有一大部分地台（見圖片）。浴室是用的電熱水器，水温設定有問題，沒洗多久，水就不很熱了。其他的該有都有了。

位置很好，就在步行街上，樓下很多家飯店、超市等，距離圖們江公園也很近，溜達溜達就能到，房間大，下次來的話還會選擇這裏的。

太差了衞生！房間一股公共廁所味！！！衞生間就更別提了，一進去都嗆鼻子！也沒有牙刷！像在公共廁所洗漱洗澡一樣。一晚上都開窗睡的！都感冒了！破空調開了32度一點也不熱！服了！非常差的體驗！！避雷！千萬別去！

在圖門是最好的了，離國門，江邊走路 10 分鐘。停車比較方便，就停在人行道上，車位較多。酒店旁邊就是步行街，吃喝玩方便。

酒店位置非常好，出行方便，房間寬敞舒服，旁邊就是步行街，酒店門口有早市，這些都很好。唯一的是衞生間，本來訂的是乾濕分離，酒店確沒有，老闆態度也挺好，積極解決問題。
