The property was very nice overall. But the best part was the staff, very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Roberto in the restaurant was absolutely awesome. He was welcoming and attentive and even brought the kids a basket of donuts for national donut day. Worth coming back just for staff interactions. The front desk was always helpful and helped us to book transportation, car rental, excursions, seamlessly.

We booked a room with the jungle view and a private pool and upon checking in we were immediately upgraded to an ocean front room, private swimming pool right outside our front door with lounge chairs and the beach was literally 10 feet away from the fence on the front of our own private yard. It was an amazing experience, the hotel was fantastic, I don’t have one negative thing to say about the entire stay, the staff and everything were amazing. 5 out of 5 stars

I love this place. Your own cottage on the beach with a price little pool. The staff try their hardest. The poop is beautiful as is the beach club. The beach 🏖️ is spectacular. The best thing about the area is the peace and not bust. Unfortunately they have opened up the resort to a taco stand and little bar with a band stand. This is a huge mistake. The public now access the beach via the route to the taco stand. The number of people on the beach is too much due to the public access. Also the bandstand is right next to the best accommodate and creats way to much noise. I hope they close the taco stand and add a nice Mexican restaurant. This would close off the public access and the resort would go back to being peaceful For Canadians this is an incredible resort. Much better than Florida. Having your own little house right on the beach is a dream. The sawgrass is not as big of an issue as reported. If you need customer service by phone prior to arrival good luck The posted numbers do not work or go to the booking agent. Love this place and will return.
