We loved everything. From the valet parking to the service on the beach. Actually had one of our best meals in Mexico for lunch… Most of all the people that work here make you feel special, welcomed and pampered. A special “bravo” to María!! Wonderful woman. Also an applause to Walter. We’re not hotel guests but have been here at the beachclub a couple of times. Definitely coming back when in Tulum and will advise friends and family to stay in this resort.

I went here with some friends on our first trip to Tulum. We were helped by some very helpful guests, one being named Rafael. If you want a somewhat affordable, organized time on the beach, I highly recommend this place for those visiting when they come.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very roomy and luxurious- the entire staff was very welcoming- Rafael and his beachside margaritas were especially amazing! Will definitely come back to this property in Tulum

Great service at the restaurant with very nice staff, special kudos to Maria, William and Omar ! It makes the difference with all the other places. The view from the terrace is amazing, breakfast there is the best way to start the day : palm trees, blue sea, white sand … what else ?! PS: the bar across the main street can be noisy if your room is at the back of the hotel (music stops at 1am)

Came with friends, best day ever! Reasonable pricing and beautiful view. Melanie was our host, she is wonderful! Got food and drinks while we spent the day for a day pass. Must see stop if you visit Tulum! Will be coming back for dinner later!!

Our 3rd time in Tulum and this hotel was the best, our room Arena was flawless. From the staff, grounds, services, room quality, location, and cleanliness. Just a top notch hotel we spent days at the beach, relaxed in the poolside hammocks, enjoyed you private room pool area. Everything was just exceptional and we will absolutely be back to Ana y Jose for our next Tulum trip. Special note to all staff at the hotel. Pau, Jorge, Maria, Aldo, William, and so many more who helped us with anything we needed. I wish I knew the names of the housekeeping/turndown staff as they were all incredible as well. The grounds team who worked tirelessly to remove the Sargasso each morning/day and worked on the beautiful lush garden walkways of the hotel. Whoever had the idea to add the water filling stations, they were a savior. We had one right outside of our room which was so incredible.

Good food, excellent service (thanks to Maria and Alejandro!) and a great location! I really can recommend this place for spending an afternoon and having a light lunch. Best: Background was not as loud as in many other places. So it was very relaxing and had no dance floor ambience.

Tasteful food and very kind staff. The entrance is full of vegetation and it looks like going to a hidden place. And then you arrive at a nice restaurant with an awesome sea view with nice chill music. Good place to hang out with friends/family! We thank Rafael for taking care of us!

Loved the place! The food was good, we ordered pepperoni pizza and tagliatelle with seafood, they were both good. The restaurant is quite expensive but so are the other restaurants nearby. Our waiter Rafael was very kind, helping us with information about the area. Totally recommend it!
