The Beach Tulum

Came for a solo trip with no expectations, and this hotel blew me away. Besides the amazing CLEAN room with an oceanfront view, the staff was beyond amazing. They made sure to make my birthday trip a special one. Special shoutout the staff Anabella, Carla, Kenneth & Facundo and the incredible housekeeping team. I will definitely be back again!

Best hotel I have stayed in my life. I visited at least 100 hotels. Amazing room and great hospitality. I highly recommend it. Great location with amazing view. Beachfront rooms are the best. You can have your breakfast with pijama on the beach in front of your room. Lifetime experience.

Very happy with the hotel and the beach front room . The staff are super friendly and the service was fantastic. Very chilled relaxed vibe and a nice retreat away from the throbbing music every where else. You just have to make sure when you go the seaweed doesn’t ruin your trip as it smells foul and at times the entire beach is covered despite then raking it infront of hotel.

This is it. This is the dream vacation spot. The Beach Tulum has it all! Breathtaking tropical beauty, immaculate earthy zen-style rooms and property grounds, delicious food, and a team of the warmest, most delightful people running the show with LOVE!! Upon arrival, we were introduced to Freddy at the concierge and he was our "go-to" guy for all the many special surprises and excursions on this trip. No request too big or small, he always got our vibe and nailed it with the coolest things for us to see or do in town! Trust his advice, he won't steer you wrong! At Freddy's recommendation, we checked out the Living Dreams excursions they offer. Do not miss this. Go for it. And request Paco to be your guide!! We did the Subterranean Cenote tour on our second vacation day. If you enjoy history, spirituality, and mysterious caves, this tour is for you! We had such an incredible experience that we just had to go back for another adventure with him the following day. Paco took us on the Mayan Jungle Expedition and it is a phenomenal way to enjoy the natural landscape, which is unlike anything you'll see anywhere else, as well as have an amazing homecooked lunch in a Mayan village. Memories for a lifetime!! Now back to the hotel...If you're lucky, you'll get a seat at the inner hotel bar with Santos! This man will take you on a tequila journey you'll never forget...er, well some of it you might, depending on how far you travel, lol! His warmth and humor are contagious, and whether it was at the bar or arriving at our room with delicious food from Ziggy's, Santos always put us in a great mood! Ask for the chilcuague tequila for something really out of this world! After a restful night of sleep in our plush king-size bed, we awoke to the view of the rising sun glittering on the ocean waves. This never, ever gets old. Use the blackout curtains if you'd like to sleep in, but we never wanted to miss a moment! The view outside of our room was a snapshot of paradise with coconut trees, sea turtle tracks in the sand, and prime people watching in the distance. When you are ready to venture out, your own cabana bed is always ready and waiting for you on the beach. Since living the dream demands fuel, we were totally spoiled by room service and made our way through the Ziggy's menu from top to bottom, lol. The lovely and graceful Ana frequently brought us breakfast and extra sunshine to start our day! I'm convinced she transforms back into a mermaid at the end of her shift. Every single time she arrived, Ana was always so excited to hear our daily plans, and through our conversations we learned more about Tulum and the local vibe. She also gave us several recommendations for the spa, which I'm happy to say we indulged in! Do yourself a favor and check out the Naj Naay Spa while you're there. In my previous life, I was an esthetician and I can say the services there are well worth it! And thank you to sweet Leslie for organizing our glorious couple's massage

Wow, everything was Wow! Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean, cool, well stocked, and beautiful. The grounds and pools amazing…turtle nests protected and even saw a baby turtle rescued as he seemed confused. Breakfast daily at Frescos was delicious and presentation was amazing. Ocean was perfect…warm and very swimmable. Also loved morning yoga with Vanessa. Also hydrotherapy and Mayan massages!! Thank you to The Beach for a beyond expectations vacation! Hope to return soon!!

I love this resort. Very clean place and well maintained. The restaurants they have on property is very good. I recommend including breakfast with your stay. All rooms are beach front. The fresh water pool is big and very well designed near the hotel bar. The hotel maintains the beach. You will not see piles of seaweed because the workers take it off every morning(if you visit off season). The hotel is located near so many restaurants and beach clubs. It’s near the beach jungle gym and raw love fresh bowls aabd coffee. The hotel Has large beach beds specifically assigned to you and we loved that very much. Our roof top Room was amazing. The staff included snacks and drinks inside and the coffee was good : ) It was our baby moon and engagement and our stay here was special. Lastly, they have 24 hours security and there is a gate upon arrival. We loved that. I recommend this place and we will Definitely return.
