The Beach Tulum Hotel

We had an unforgettable stay at The Beach Tulum Hotel! Our room had a breathtaking view, and we could walk straight out from our terrace door to the beach and our private sun loungers — such a dream. We also had a small, lovely pool right by our room, perfect for relaxing in privacy. Housekeeping was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, snacks, and drinks replenished in the minibar every day. Ordering food was super easy through WhatsApp, and the staff (Kevin, Ken, Nancy) were always kind, smiling, and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Ziggy Restaurant and Fresco’s Restaurant, both offering delicious dishes and a wonderful beachfront atmosphere. Compared to other hotels nearby, The Beach Tulum truly felt more beautiful, peaceful, and special. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and we had the best time! The entire hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had every need met. We really enjoyed the boutique hotel experience and it was really nice being away from the party scene. The hotel location is in the middle of hotel row which made walking easy. The property is well designed and has a great vibe. Aldo our concierge greeted us at the car as we pulled up and was stellar from then on out. The absolute best. He quickly took note of what we preferred and made sure he stayed one step ahead of us. For example, we asked where to get ice and he suggested he provide us with a cooler filled with ice instead of having a small ice bucket. He then kept the cooler stocked our entire trip. Anytime we asked for something, he worked with the hotel staff to insure our room was stocked throughout our stay. Top notch service that really made our stay truly memorable. In addition, it was fun talking to him and learning about the area and which restaurants and activities he recommended. Axel and Faith worked the bar and food delivery and were prompt every time we ordered. They were both so friendly, helpful and personable and took great care in making sure we enjoyed our stay. It’s clear they enjoy what they do which made us feel well cared for. Ken who works reception quickly responded to any inquiries we had prior and during our trip. She booked transportation when we needed it and sent reminders in case we needed to change something. She made sure we understood our bill when we arrived and departed and was warm and welcoming throughout. We enjoyed multiple spa treatments and Karima and her crew definitely know what they’re doing. All of the treatments left us feeling relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend the cold plunge pool followed by the hot tub. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed but it was the hotel staff that really made our trip special. We will definitely be back.

From start to finish our stay was excellent. The staff in reception and room service were all great. Friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Room very nicely decorated, loved the reserved beach beds. I can't really find anything to fault about our stay (other than the seaweed, not the hotel's fault).

We stayed at The Beach Tulum for five nights and absolutely loved every moment. The grounds were stunning, and our second-floor oceanfront room with large screened doors let in the most perfect ocean breeze. Thoughtful touches like a wood-based showerhead and cookies at turndown made the stay feel extra special. The staff were amazing, especially David and the team at the lobby bar—always friendly and quick with service. We loved being next door to Ziggy’s for beachfront breakfasts and Fresco’s for healthy smoothies and tea. Daily 9 AM yoga (thank you to the amazing yoga instructor who played the ukulele for us!❤️), the thermal spa circuit, and our rooftop bathtub were unforgettable highlights. The hotel’s quiet vibe was the perfect contrast to Tulum’s lively scene just a short walk away. Can’t wait to return—this place is pure magic.

Staff are very professional. Clean and great surface. This trip was our fifth time staying in this hotel I highly recommended.
