Incredible stay, we loved it. The apar**ent was huge and very clean, and the people working there are super nice and available at all times. The hotel has incredible amenities and in a quiiet area. Thanks for the wonderful time

A fairly modern apar**ent-style hotel located in a development area similar to a slum. The surrounding environment is clean, tidy, quiet and exquisite. The nearby Japanese cuisine Nikkori Sushi is delicious and unique among the surrounding Mexican restaurants. There is also a small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.

My family and i love the rooms, kitchen area and access to the roof. Its was exactly as the pictures. The staff was very kind and they waited for us because we got lost and got to the hotel really late. I would definitely stay here next time. When i go with my family and friends. I really recommend.

Beautiful, clean and cool (I visited in August so this was very important). There’s no restaurant and not a lot within walking distance, that’s my only complaint.

The place is a bit isolated which was actually quite nice because it was quiet. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchen which was very convenient! The beds are firm but still comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!

Have stayed at Azul a few other times, always great experiences including this last one with the exception of some guest from Argentina or South America that were loud and noisy, children running around inside hallways and parents did not control them. It would be nicer to put signs that read to be mindful of other guest that are also staying and to keep voice down. I understand we paid , they paid but hotels needs to make sure everything is satisfied. My daughter-in-Law had a terrible migraine that hearing all that did not hel!

Clean, well kept, amazing friendly and helpful staff! Anything we needed we simply contacted the front desk and they were always so happy to help. Selene was so incredibly sweet and even offered to make reservations for us any time we wanted to go out for dinner, she gave us great recommendations and we are so grateful for Eve she did to make our stay PERFECT

Loved the ambience customer service was excellent. The apt was clean kept and spacious and quiet and pretty lavish I would definitely recommend and would absolutely return no complaints market nearby stores nearby bicycles in the hotel and the property is just gorgeous
