The staff was very friendly and helpful and from the quiet location you are on foot or the rental bike in about 4 kilometers at the beach. The rooftop is very nice to watch the sunset and has a small pool. Unfortunately, the room had no view because it was facing a house wall.

Don't pay for breakfast! It's really a joke...one block away there are restaurants and 7eleven where you can eat delicious food.
The location is good and so are the facilities.
Let alcohol in so you can be in the pool.

It smelled like mold, but otherwise, it was clean. The rooftop pool was nice, and the atrium gardens were alive and well-maintained.

Great experience!
The hotel is very nice! Very clean and pretty new! Mari Carmen is a lovely girl! She gave us all the information about Tulum and about the hotel! We loved our stayed over there!

Avoid at all costs!!! We did late check-in and our room wouldn't lock at all. The hotel refused to fix it right away, refused to switch our rooms or provide a refund. As 2 female travelers, we were super concerned for our safety since the lobby was not secure and there were alot of random men outside. Because it was late, and we had nowhere to go, we stayed the night with our luggage and furniture propped against the door. The room had a broken AC unit that was dripping water all over the floor, we had no towels, the bar was not operational upstairs, and the only breakfast served the next morning was toast and coffee. I had to fight to cancel our reservation and the staff was super rude about the whole situation. My advice is to take your money elsewhere - there are so many other better places.
