Brand new hotel with good facilities and everything you need to enjoy Tulum. The room is spacious, the staff is friendly and the family pool has a good enough depth for kids to have fun.

I visited here for a quick weekend getaway. I wanted to relax, disconnect and get pampered. This place did not disappoint. We were wamly greeted upon arrival and escorted to our beautiful corner honeymoon suite. It features a fully furnished kitchen (stove, oven/microwave, full size fridge, coffee maker and all glassware/silverware) and living room with a separate bedroom. Everything looks sparkling new and well thought off. Loved the lighting through out. Favorite part was on this honeymoon suite is the rooftop terrace/plunge pool you get. Uninterrupted views if the jungle from here and loungers as well to relax. We had breakfast and enjoyed their Pool Party they put together for outside guests as well. Service was top notch from everyone we had contact with. We will definitely come back with more friends next time in one of the days they have the pool party! It's secluded yet close to all main attractions in Tulum so you get the best of both worlds

Hotel is New , clean and Big! Rooms are very good size and very clean. Underground parking is a plus. The bad : Shower with below average pressure! No TV Channels , only YouTube.Coffee machine without any Coffee pods. Restaurant breakfast service average at best

It's a very comfortable, new and nice hotel. The restaurant is amazing and have very good food options, the pool side is amazing for drink and also has very nice views. The personnel is very attentive and available for theh guest. I'll return any time

Beautiful pool and restaurant area and the food was good and a lots of choices. There is a breakfast buffet as well. My room very clean, with a lovely balcony, very friendly help.. i loved the underground parking, so thye car did not get so hot. Beautiful grounds
