Bespoke, Member of Small Luxury Hotels

This is the perfect location if you enjoy peace and quiet, with understated service. Situated about 15 mins outside of the main Tulum town a rental car would be beneficial. A taxi into town is about USD30, one way. Free parking at property. There is a lot of hype about car rentals, but a lot of this appears to be around US customers believing their own 3rd party insurance will cover them in Mexico. The long & short is you have to take the local Mexican TPI. We took the hotel transfer from the airport (same price as what a local company was quoting) and picked up the car the following day. We had a one bed, partial ocean view room, and we thought it was perfect (room 10). The rooms are spacious with a lot of storage. Bathrooms are also large, as is the kitchen / lounge area. The balcony area is also generous - ours accommodated a 2 seater sofa, two chairs &still plenty of room to move around. Bed was super comfy. The pool & beach is also well laid out. Pool is big enough to do laps. The beach area has plenty of sunbeds, many with shade drapes. When we were at the property there was a lovely breeze, which was lovely. The service. Professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. This made the property very relaxing to be in. For the size of the room, location and the level of service, I thought the cost per night was well positioned. Additional food and drink prices were also reasonable for a hotel setting. Would I recommend. Yes. Would I go back. Yes. Enjoy your stay!!

Great location. Quiet. 10-20 minutes from everything. Staff is very service oriented. and friendly. Property is very clean and accommodations are very comfortable. Restaurant is very good and has what you need. Bar drinks are generous. Best private beach in Tulum.

We had an amazing stayed at The Bespoke Tulum for 7 nights at the beginning of August. Checking in and out went smoothly. Received professional service from reception team, big thank you to Oziel! We were upgraded to a 3 bedrooms penthouse. Bespoke is a beautiful brand new place. Our apartment is spacious, clean with well equipped kitchen and great view. It’s a perfect place for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. The hotel staffs are very polite, helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t get to swim in the sea due to seaweed season, we very much enjoyed spending time in the pool. We have had a relaxing holiday as we wanted at Bespoke!

Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return

We had a wonderful week at Bespoke in July. Despite the seaweed at the time, we enjoyed the gorgeous pool, the many cenotes and went snorkelling with sea turtles. The service at this hotel is top notch and the vibe was very chill, which we were looking for. The suite itself was really a high end design apartment that even had it's own plunge pool and outdoor patio. My whole family really enjoyed this place and I'd recommend it.

One truly unique experience: if you're lucky, you might witness sea turtles laying their eggs right on the beach in front of the hotel. A magical moment that made this vacation unforgettable.
