Pretty nice, definitely not a 5 star but a good choice for a family. If you like a night life skip it. If you want a quite hotel take it.

Goid hotels..nice people wirking there..NO ELEVATORS ..and walking a lit to go.outside the room
..same to.pick up towels for used on the beach or swi.mi g pool is only 1 pkace to far

The Sens at grand oasis Tulum is not it! As soon as you walk in it is dark and gloom / not in a sexy or romantic way. Reception was very blah and not welcoming, just a I'm doing my job vibe. I get to the room and it was dated, in disrepair and dirty. I had an ocean view and could barely look through window cause of all the dirty. Food was not great at all. Only perk was that buffet was 24/7 which was cool for snacks. No entertainment at all within the hotel. Do not be fooled by pictures. They have a lot of work to do if they want to keep up.

So far so good..Considering price as compared to other beachfront/ocean properties quite reasonable for services offered including restaurants pools, etc. Property needs some updating overall and addition of services and some standard amenities. Restroom additions closer to pool areas and beach areas would be helpful. Roving drink servers for pool bars & towels at each pool location would make life more pleasurable and convenient for guests. All in all we enjoyed stay and happy with our choice.

If you book Siaan Kaan Master suite you most likely will not get a room even close to what the pictures show. After 3 nights we were finally given the correct room. The rooms they show in the pictures are very nice. The other rooms are very bad, need serious updating and are not clean.

The room we booked was not the room we were given. The picture of the Kian Master Suite with cabana as shown on ******* and on the Sens Tulum site does not exist at this property.
The staff at the check in are aware of the “problems “ and just push every one through the process and keep things moving.
Sales for the Vacation Club and the 90 minute presentation are very aggressive.
The food was very good and servers were pleasant.
Overall a very stressful, disappointing experience.
