Very good location. Samy at reception was amazing!
Hotel was fabulous and security made us feel very safe and welcome. Only negative was the charge for the small bit of make up on towels. However, would recommend if you want to stay in downtown Tulum

Amazing place. The location is great if you have a car or bike. I’m a hidden street super quiet. The pool is awesome. We got the room with walkout windows. Simply fantastic. I did not eat there but they have nice coffees.

The quality of the hotel is the best for the price.
The location is a bit bad (there are usually hotels along the seaside in the hotel zone), but this one is in the middle of the city and you can't see the sea, but the facilities are so good that you'll be satisfied even if you can't see the sea. is. The property was gorgeous!! You can access the pool at their sister property which is a great feature.

Con- Stayed on the property for 1 week and never had hot water for showering. It being a tropical warm area it was manageable but not alway the most comfortable. Brought it up to service desk but couldn’t get a good answer or a fix to the issue.
Pro- staff was very accommodating for food, drinks and safe travel. Atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant. Inside the property was absolutely gorgeous and safe.

Una Vida is a beautiful bohemian themed boutique hotel. Their staff was friendly and helpful with each encounter. The food and drinks at the hotel and the Hotel Bardo were tasty. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It was amazing! My BFF enjoyed the privacy of our own pool. My personal favorite was the outdoor shower. I travel alot and have very high expectations. Una Vida exceeded them all.
