Booked is a one-bedroom kitchen apartment with a hall, came to the hotel standard room, Ctrip what to book. Looking at your reservation picture today, I still have 4 people in the suite. If someone booked this hotel, would you still be a standard room for two people? Are you deceiving others?

I was locked out of my room on the third afternoon. During my conference. Room #850 The Hotel said the booking was for 2 nights and asked me to leave or pay another $150.00. Because I already paid for the room I said no Then they had security remove me from the room and I left the Hotel.

Room is very clean, staff are friendly and accommodating, the sundries are life savers because we checked in late and I was too tired to go out and get something to eat. It's a good thing they have pretty good selection on their ready in 10 minutes meals. Will stay there again.

Nina at the front desk helped me and she was awesome! I needed some help with printing several documents that I had misplaced and needed for a meeting. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, Nina was there with a smile and asked how she could assist. She quickly stopped what she had been working on and insisted on helping me right away. Nina printed the documents that I needed and delivered quickly. This was the only time that I have been in a pinch like this and needed help immediately and I was so happy that Nina was there to help me. She is great!
