Best Hotels near Lowe＇s Garden Center, Tulsa

Night personal more pleasant to guests than morning personal. Got on his bad side w/o trying. Room was clean (checked for bed bugs, it passed inspection) wifi was good, TV channels had wide variation. (It had CNN) breakfast was included, had a fair amount of choices.

What a find! For a budget hotel, this really was fabulous. The lobby and our room were tastefully decorated and very clean. Everything was in good working order and nothing looked shabby or in need of repair. Our bed was very comfortable, although you might want to take your own pillow if possible. Our room had a few little extra features that were very helpful. In addition to the mini-fridge and microwave, there was a wet bar with an extra-long counter and a few kitchen-type cabinets. (I presume that they're extra storage for an extended stay.) In addition to the ample-sized desk, there was another table of the same height and depth. This means two people could have a desk, or the extra table could be used to stow luggage or other large items on top or underneath, or the two pieces could be placed end-to-end to make an extra long project table if needed. Kudos to the designer of this room and its furnishings. Cautions: there were plenty of electric outlets, although it was not necessarily easy to reach them, so if you have lots of electronics, take an extension cord or two. Also take your own toiletries. We lost power during the hottest time of summer. We were so fortunate to find this hotel in our time of need. From the moment we arrived, we had exceptional service! The front desk staff was so welcoming. The housekeeping did an excellent job at keeping our rooms clean. We had forgotten a few things and they were so happy to help! Breakfast was really good. It is an excellent value for the money we spent. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Tulsa Or Bixby area!

I hate having to leave a poor review and sound like an angry old man, but I find tall reviews useful when booking hotels for business travel. Unfortunately this property completely missed the mark for me and I will certainly not return or recommend. As a frequent traveler and a Diamond Member at Hilton I have come to expect the typical great customer service and the little things that make business travel easier. Of all the properties I have stayed at, this was easily the most difficult to navigate. While the property is fairly new, and nice, with a great downtown location, logistically it is a disaster. The parking situation is easily the worst I have experienced at any hotel in my years of travel. If you are driving a car, DO NOT STAY here. I prefer hotels with valet, but if no valet, easy in and out parking is definitely expected. There is limited parking spaces available for hotel customers in the outside lot directly next to and behind the hotel, This is a shared lot and not under the ownership of the hotel, they only get a certain number of spaces per night. The lot itself is not clearly marked, so if you park in the wrong spot you will receive a $125 ticket. That will be reduced to $35 if you pay within 15 days. This is obviously a problem and the hotel is well aware of it. There are signs everywhere in the hotel and confusing instructions that I guess you are supposed to memorize. These signs are obviously difficult to comprehend as there were 4-5 other guests the same evening, who, like myself, were confused and received parking tickets. Its apparent they have no real interest in addressing this situation. The even more disappointing part of it is the staff could care less. Speaking with the person at the front desk trying to get clarity she was dismissive, condescending and had zero interest in my concern. She had no problem if we canceled our four rooms and switched hotels. Which I tried, but rooms downtown were at a minimum, so we stuck it out and made it through night 2 with zero issues. If you travel a lot and expect easy access and accommodating service I would steer clear of this property. For those who prefer Hilton, there is a Doubletree property a few blocks away, I would recommend that over this place. My worst Hilton experience in several years as a loyal Hilton customer, thus the one star review. I will certainly not be back.

Room was clean. Coffee and tea were generous. Bathroom was well lit and mostly clean, but things are a little worn or cracked in corners and edges. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft and smooth. The reception was a grand area with stylish furniture. Staff is courteous and helpful. Oh yeah, so I went to the hotel gym for a light workout. As I am busting out some dumbbell curls and presses I notice this older guy in washed denim overalls with one strap hanging down and a slim female trainer exercising next to me. She spoke with a slight accent, which was curious to me. Then I realized that the guy was Bruce Springsteen. Hah! Well, nothing unusual- just people staying fit. I finished my workout and went on my way. It is a nice hotel with a great location.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Tulsa's Downtown Arts District. The location is prime, and it's within walking distance to many of downtown Tulsa's attractions and restaurants. First of all, the attached parking garage was easy to navigate and it provided a safe space for our vehicle. The entire property is secured by key card, so security was never a question. The elevators were quick and responsive, and navigating the property was easy and straightforward. The room was perfectly clean and well put together, and the front desk service was friendly and informative. We enjoyed the pool, which felt like it was saline (no smelly chlorine, awesome!). The breakfast was tasty with vegan and vegetarian options as well. Thanks especially to Kristin and Sarah for the exceptional service and great experience. We highly recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites -Tulsa Downtown Arts District anytime you're traveling through Tulsa. We will certainly plan to stop by next time we're in town.

I got a room with 1 bed and a pull out bed on a couch. I took the top sheet off the bed to put on the pull out bed and found blood on my bed. It was not a whole lot of blood.... but it was still blood nonetheless. I talked to the night time receptionist and she assured me to speak with the manager in the morning and something would be done because they had no rooms available and I couldn’t have my 4 year old sleep in the car. We slept on the pull out couch and when I went to speak with the manager the next morning I was treated as if it was my fault. She told me there was nothing she could do or was willing to do because I booked through Hotels.com. Karina (the “general manager”) absolutely refused to help me in anyway. She called the police to have me leave when I became frustrated of the situation. Fast forward 3 days. I have spoken to person after person. And turns out Karina has all the control to issue a refund of any kind. And has denied it multiple times. I didn’t expect my money back or anything for that matter. But I did expect some common courtesy and maybe some respect as a human being who had to deal with someone else’s blood. I was dismissed and treated very poorly. In all of that Karina didn’t even say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” one time. I would not recommend wasting your time or your money on this facility. It wasn’t worth even a sliver of the $200 I paid and the customer service? Don’t get me started. Very very sad this is where we had to start our vacation.
