We have really enjoyed our stay, the lady at the front desk was kind, welcoming and very helpful. This was our first trip to this area and she told us about a few close attractions.

There was some kind of flood or water damage in the hall carpet and they had a few fans blowing it...there was also an overwhelming smell of chlorine in front of our door in the hall.

Check in and check out was smooth. Location wasnt bad (about 13 mins from the airport) and there were a number of places to eat within walking distance (Black bear diner and outback steakhouse are both in the same lot as the hotel). True to some of the negative reviews there was a strong smell of chlorine or bleach throughout the hotel. Our room was clean and everything worked, except for the entry light and the ironing board (would not lock into place). The bedding looked clean and smelled fresh. There was a white film on a good portion of the windows which made them difficult to see out of. Not a big deal there at all unless you want to gaze out into the parking lot. All in all it was quiet and comfortable for our entire 2 night stay. I would stay there again for a short stay of 2 nights or less, but for anything longer I'd probably spend more for another hotel.

Front desk didnt include incidental on original charging paperwork, and he looked confused/nervous when I asked for my receipt with the incidental charge listed on it.

The light was burnt out in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room. There was dirty towels in the bathroom and the carpet was not clean. I was very unhappy with my stay. I told them and they did nothing.

The air did not work and I had change rooms air still didn’t work that 100 dollar room I don’t understand I asked talk to management never did so many excuses

The first room we was put in the toilet didn’t work and my parents stayed in another room that didn’t have any hot water. But the staff was very nice and changed our rooms and the stay was much better and nice
