This was our second stay within a month. The property is decent/average/okay. More "room noise" than most hotels... but didn't keep us awake or anything. Other "small stuff" like non-working room telephone (couldn't call front desk or housekeeping), missing towel hooks in bathroom (with holes in wall where it belonged), loudly dripping shower, etc.
Poor rating is primarily due to a specific issue (in addition to general "slightly-below-average" state of property). We need a bathtub. On the first stay, we learned that we must specifically request a bathtub in our room at reservation time. So, we survived the first visit without a bathtub. (This was after the front desk agent promised to move us to a room with a bathtub... but never did so.) For the second visit, we did what was suggested on the first visit: we requested a bathtub at reservation time... AND called the property on the morning of arrival to confirm... and were promised that we would have a bathtub. Upon arrival, no bathtub. Front desk agent indicated that there was "no indication of any such request." And then NOTHING was done to remedy the issue... not even an (empty) promise to move us into a room with a bathroom. He did offer us free breakfast though... which we never used.
Summary: average (at best) property/condidtions... lots of minor maintenance issues... and MAJOR customer care concerns. We will stay elsewhere next time.
