The smell in the room was extremely strong and stinky. It is really a rubbish hotel. I will never stay here again! ! !

The rooms were clean. I seen the bad reviews about the front desk lady being rude. She isn't trying to be rude. thats just her personality. She seemed like a good person but mot gonna take no crap from anyone and this day in age you have to be like that.

When we checked in we asked for a non smoking room as my wife accidently booked a smoking room, i also asked abiut possibly adding another day to our stay, thank goodness we did not. After making our way to the room we noticed that the chair was outdated and had a guge cut in the right arm. My wife did her customary check for cleanliness, upon which she found the night stand had a film on top of it and you could see where a cup was left, the room appeared to be halfway vacuumed as there was trash and such right next to the bed, the sheets looked like they had not been changed from previous guest. There were stains all over them. If they were changed maybe the hotel needs to invest in a better washer or get new sheets. My wife did not feel comfortable sleeping under the covers and thusly slept in her clothes and used her jacket for a blanket. The bed was comfortable though. Then at 9am,before we even checked out housekeeping opened the door with barely a knock. I would think they would know what rooms have checked out before coming to clean. As far as customer service the front desk guy that checked ys in could not give a care less for us, or it was perceived as such, it felt like he just wanted us to go to our room and leave him alone. The last negative was that the toilet ran all night long, after our experience when checking in did not even think about asking for another room.

The room was infested with mice, I didn't even spend 1 hr there because when i saw that I got out of the room automatically and left. I told the front desk guy that, he offered to give me another room, i didn't take. I stayed in another hotel nearby.

Unsanitary, and disrespectful management. Spare yourself and dont go here. They have cockroaches.

The place was filthy and run down, thought it would be an ok place for the price because it was a best western. Man was I wrong, I will now question all best westerns in the future.

Ok stay they need to get rid of the broke down car thats taken up parking apace

Overall, staff was pleasant and helpful. The court yard was pretty and well kept. Nice hot breakfast was appreciated. Had 2 issues with the room. 1) Found and killed 10 roaches during our stay. 2) There was no cold water. The shower and faucet had warm and hot water, but no cold water to take meds. One of the staff knew exactly what was happening and said this has been going on for some time and the management has nor corrected it. The warm water was indeed appreciated, but was not what we expected. In the end, we appreciated the location and staff efforts. Not sure if we will stay again.
