Hotels Near Garden Center at The Home Depot in Tulsa

We were there for the Eagles concert and were flying out the next morning. Hotel is very dated, although trying to act like they're better than they are. Not there much, but after wife washed her face the sink was stopped up and filled with ugly grey-black water. Best part of hotel is the location and easy shuttle to airport.

We chose this hotel as we are Hiton honor members and love other Curio collection hotels we have stayed at. It did not disappoint ! From checking in we were made to feel very welcome, rather than incur cost of valet parking the parking attendant let us use his space overnight and just put a few quarters in the meter the next morning after 8am, we used the complimentary shuttle both nights and thank you Ron for the suggestions of where to visit and also the hotel tour great to hear its history we fell in love with Tulsa and will use this hotel when we go back

I hate having to leave a poor review and sound like an angry old man, but I find tall reviews useful when booking hotels for business travel. Unfortunately this property completely missed the mark for me and I will certainly not return or recommend. As a frequent traveler and a Diamond Member at Hilton I have come to expect the typical great customer service and the little things that make business travel easier. Of all the properties I have stayed at, this was easily the most difficult to navigate. While the property is fairly new, and nice, with a great downtown location, logistically it is a disaster. The parking situation is easily the worst I have experienced at any hotel in my years of travel. If you are driving a car, DO NOT STAY here. I prefer hotels with valet, but if no valet, easy in and out parking is definitely expected. There is limited parking spaces available for hotel customers in the outside lot directly next to and behind the hotel, This is a shared lot and not under the ownership of the hotel, they only get a certain number of spaces per night. The lot itself is not clearly marked, so if you park in the wrong spot you will receive a $125 ticket. That will be reduced to $35 if you pay within 15 days. This is obviously a problem and the hotel is well aware of it. There are signs everywhere in the hotel and confusing instructions that I guess you are supposed to memorize. These signs are obviously difficult to comprehend as there were 4-5 other guests the same evening, who, like myself, were confused and received parking tickets. Its apparent they have no real interest in addressing this situation. The even more disappointing part of it is the staff could care less. Speaking with the person at the front desk trying to get clarity she was dismissive, condescending and had zero interest in my concern. She had no problem if we canceled our four rooms and switched hotels. Which I tried, but rooms downtown were at a minimum, so we stuck it out and made it through night 2 with zero issues. If you travel a lot and expect easy access and accommodating service I would steer clear of this property. For those who prefer Hilton, there is a Doubletree property a few blocks away, I would recommend that over this place. My worst Hilton experience in several years as a loyal Hilton customer, thus the one star review. I will certainly not be back.

We stay here often, we have family that we come to visit about every month or two and we rent 2-3 rooms. Always the family and kid suites when available, I recommend these room types if you are traveling with kids and need a spacious room. We always stay here so I'm posting from TripAdvisor instead of my IHG member app as I normally do to protect my identity. I don't want any animosity for future stays, I love the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and the breakfast is always good and most of the staff is wonderful! I NEVER thought I would ever consider staying somewhere else but with the recent change in management the atmosphere has changed as well. The new manager (Linda?) has come off as aggressive, not to myself but to the people that checked in ahead of us and then I overheard a conversation between her and Am”ie” while I waited at the counter for a good couple of minutes before either of them noticed me. Their ”private” conversation wasn't very kind, as I listened it seemed they were mocking a guest. I can also tell the difference in the employees that have been there for a while. They are always welcoming and professional, very friendly and eager to make our stay perfect. But when I would bring up Magda or Drake (I have known them both for years) the mood changes and they just don't seem as happy as before. It's actually really sad to see. I am giving 1 star only even though this hotel is worth 5 but I really had an issue with my last 2 stays and this is what the lack of stars is based on. Amie ”with an IE” Amie ”with an IE”. Am”ie” is really nice, to nice! She is very flirty with men and based on some of the reviews on the hotels website I think that's how she gets them. Her name has uncommon spelling, if it wasn't for her constantly telling my husband as we walked past the frontdesk that her name is spelled A-M-I-E I would have automatically spelled it ”Amy”. Every chance she had she would directly flirt with him. It made me very uncomfortable. We tried to avoid using the front doors as much as possible but of course the side door only worked when it felt like it. I thought I was being to sensitive until some family members came back to visit after dinner and witnessed the interaction between ”Amie IE” while her coworker fixed our keys and he later joked in the elevator that she was fishing for attention. Don't get me wrong Amie seems nice but I feel like she is only interested in getting good reviews by asking and reminding of the spelling of her name and all her reviews are from men just back up my assumptions. There was also a person complaining at checkout on Sunday that somebody had gone into their room the evening before on saturday AFTER they checked in and left a greeting card. They said they had personal items laid out in the room (it sounded like they were here for a romantic evening) and didn't expect or give permission for anybody to enter their room. It was a great stay the only problem was the terrible storm that hit the area on Saturday night 90 mph winds knocked out the power for 25 minutes. The food was good.

Excellent staff and facilities. The wifi was down the day we checked in and both the wifi and TV were down on day 2 of our stay. We’d stayed a total of 4 nights. No fault of the hotel but COX, their internet service provider. The staff did their best and are polite and patient. Both wifi and TV were back early morning of day 3.
