My extended family and I spent a wonderful weekend at Raptor Rise during one of the worst storms that Tulbach had experienced for years. We were unaffected, because everything was so organised and well run. Raptor Rise is a wonderful place for a peaceful weekend stay. It is surrounded by vineyards and mountains, and is incredibly peaceful. The bedrooms are well stocked and tastefully furnished, and the cottages fully equipped. The staff is wonderful, and the owner hands on , so any issues are sorted immediately. We loved our stay, and have already booked for our next one.

Lovely venue with compact rooms, at a beautiful location. There were cycling trails for the more active and a short trip to surrounding wine estates and Tulbugh centre

Absolutely loved this place! Very spacious and well equipped for an easy enjoyable stay. Fantastic kitchen and "kuier stoep". Enjoyed the working farm feel. Loved the privacy. This will be our go to Tulbagh stay in future.

excellent accommodation, everything you need. clean and well-designed in an awesome location. We were accessible to some very good restaurants and did adventure activities with the kids nearby.

We stayed for 1 night. Everything was perfect, the bed was fantastic, the view was amazing. The communal area was really really great and well equipped. Beautiful farm and surroundings. I will recommend this to anyone! Wish we could have stayed longer

A wonderful place for a getaway. Lovely accommodation. Comfortable and perfectly equipped. Nice communal kitchen and a swimming pool to cool off. Stunning scenery too. Highly recommend raptor rise. So peaceful

We had a lovely stay at Raptor rise. The staff was kind and helpful and our room was beautiful. We stayed there for a friends wedding and it was easily accessible and close to nice wine farms and champagne tastings. The facilities they had to offer was ideal for friends wanting to catch up and have a braai next to the pool.

Excellent in every respect. From the view of the surrounds mountains to the peace and tranquility of the location. Top class kitchen with all amenities, crockery, cutlery etc, the best. Cannot find fault with anything. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all concerned. de Waal Davis
