The river offers the best swimming hole in mid-June, July, August, September, and October! Other months of the year strictly depend on snow melt from the top of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Sequoia National Park.All five bedrooms offer king-size beds, and two provide an additional twin-size bed. The bedrooms also include a luggage rack and closets or cabinets for storing personal belongings. All bathrooms are easily accessible for everyone in the group to use. Flat-screen televisions are available in the living room, and two more bedrooms and WiFi are available throughout the entire property!The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, and the bar counter seats four more guests. The kitchen provides a stainless steel gas stove and oven, a stainless steel refrigerator, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and basic spices and oil for cooking.All three bathrooms provide showers and toilets, plus one bathroom offers a bathtub for the children!This location requires a walk down to the house and up to your vehicle. A few steps are along the pathway, so it is not wheelchair-friendly down to the house, but almost everything is wheelchair-friendly inside the home.We welcome guests of all ages, but all guests need to know that there are NO fences or gates down to the river.
