You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, rice maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, along with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you might need. We've included kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Coffee and tea are also readily available.For families traveling with infants, we provide a Pack 'n Play Playard, high chair, and baby rocker making your stay comfortable for all.Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire place, including the 3-car garage, with the exception of some closets used for storage.Other things to Note:- The pool is not heated. Only the Hot Tub can be heated for an additional charge of $60 per night for up to 5 hours (you must pay in advance). Hot Tub is turned ON remotely and coordination for time of usage is required. Hours of operation are 9am-9pm- If you are a local in the area, don’t book without first contacting me.- In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool.- Yard cleanup day is usually on Thursdays but can change due to gardener availability.
