Clean, pleasant, modern room at a reasonable price. Bottled water, shampoo, and shower gel provided. Towels are thick and large. Not quite luxurious, but definitely nice.
Convenient location in the centro, close to dining, pharmacies, and the central garden and church.
Coffee, tea, and sweet bread is available in the lobby all day.
Staff is professional and helpful.

The hotel is located within waking distamce of the downtown area.
It is a small modern hotel with nice amenities, very clean and with a very attentive staff.

Está sencillo pero bonito! Hace mucho frío por las noches pero los edredones que tienen son excelentes, las camas están riquísimas !!! Lo único malo es que se escucha todo hacia afuera pero si solo lo quieres para dormir es excelente. La atención es buena y amables. No tiene estacionamiento ahí mismo, está a media cuadra y el servicio es hasta las 8.30pm si necesitas que te abran debes llamar a la recepción.

Ya me había hospedado en Esfera Tulancingo y había estado excelente en primero piso pero ésta segunda vez me tocó en planta baja y tuvimos un evento super desagradable con la tubería de WC cuando bajamos la palanca salio agua de abajo hacia arriba en la madrugaday se inundó la habitación, estuvimos limpiando hasta deshoras de la noche pusimos una sugerencia de revisar cañerias.

Realmente es un lugar agradable para estar de visita en Tulancingo me hubiera gustado darles las cinco estrellas pero pierden calidad al hacerlo uno esperar para ir a revisar la habitación, entiendo que el México actual es muy diferente al que yo viví en mi juventud sin embargo el que vayan a revisar la habitación para ver si no me estoy llevando algo se me hace de un hotel de 4ª pero el resto de mi percepción fue buena!
