Большой номер и санузел. Все необходимое есть-даже штопор, зубная щетка, тапки, чайник и чай. Мебель вся необходимая в наличии. Красивый зимний сад внутри здания с подсветкой вечером. Бассейн большой, сауна горячая. Все чисто, сантехника работает и даже блестит. Есть тренажеры, но мне не нужно было, не дошла. Могу сказать-сделано без претензий на роскошь, ненавязчиво, но с заботой о комфорте. Всё для людей, как говорится. Находится в тихом районе, недалеко есть супермаркеты. На завтрак есть что выбрать. Стояли бокалы с шампанским, но я не пью по утрам)), поэтому не оценивала вкус. Могу только покритиковать за слишком поджаренные: корочку омлета, блины и тосты.

Отдыхали в конце июля 2024 года. Хочется выразить благодарность всему персоналу Велнесса, заказали номер из Москвы. Отдыхали в 201 номере. Кондиционер работает бесшумно, телевизор, холодильник, водичка каждому. В ванной комнате каждый день комплект зубной щетки с пастой, шамп и гель для душа. В ресторане вкусная еда, как домашняя, порции огромные, Наталье огромное спасибо, респект! Детская комната просто супер, ребёнок счастлив, там обезьянки игрушечные висят и это здорово, моя обезьянка там бегала и озоровала!!! ! Из отеля проход в игровую комнату через прекрасный сад с живыми деревьями и растениями. Есть бильярдный клуб, один стол американка и 3 или 4 русских. Всё свободно, супер. Бассейн чистый, с семьей заказывали на 22.00 и час там отдыхали, все пренадлежности дают каждый день. В номере тихо и комфортно. Спальное место идеальное, высыпаешься и ни чего не болит, я про спину, это самое главное. Матрасы и подушки комфортные!!!! Есть место для авто, тк ехали из Москвы. Всё понравилось!!! Там еще есть фитнесс и аквааэробика, но я не ходила тк времени небыло, всё по экскурсиям. До музеев 10 мин на авто. Очень быстро. Спасибо за уют и комфорт!!! Сын плакал, не хотел уезжать.... Это дорогого стоит. Значит поездка удалась! Если в Тулу то к вам! Спасибо!!! И удивляет, что люди пишут не правду.
