По рекомендации друзья остановились в этом отеле. В итоге - отдых не удался так, как хотелось, мягко говоря. Видимо, в погони за наживой, хозяева гостиницы решили от души повеселиться над отдыхающими - и поставили... красный аппарат БОКСЁР прям под окна отдыхающих у них людей!!! На просьбы гостей, администратор разводит руками - это к нам не относится! А к кому относится??? Может быть есть смысл пройтись с жалобами по всем инстанциям, чтобы узнать - к кому это относится???? Или вы думаете, что люди, которые отдают деньги вам за ваше "жильё" достойны спать только с 22:00-8;00 - как написано маркером на корпусе данного аппарата??????

Отель находится в центре ,на проспекте Ленина на 4 этаже здания.Очень шумная,оживленная улица и соответственно такая же история в номере.(шумоизоляции нет).Номера уставшие,сантехника убитая,в номере грязно.Завтрак нужно долго ждать(мы не стали-было некогда),оценить не могли.Кровати не удобные.Парковка в зимнее время плохо очищена от снега ,есть вероятность застрять надолго,если у вас не полноприводный автомобиль.Переехали в другую гостиницу на следующий день.Отель не рекомендую.

На сайте такие красивые номера, все так прекрасно описано. По факту, из прекрасного только девушке на ресепшен. Похоже на общагу вперемешку с офисными кабинетами. 4 и 5 этаж. Номер 403 просто ужас. Плитка вся ходит на полу которая не покрыта ковром, в номере было открыто окно, но закрыв окно и о правившись гулять по Туле температура не поднялась выше 21 градуса. Горячая вода из крана в ржавой душевой кабине течёт спустя 2 минуты. Так как не было сил и не охото было искать другие варианты, переночевал и аминь. Прислушаться к моему отзыву, а если не верите, возле ресепшен стоит диван, он весь облезлый, если все совпадёт то вспомните мои слова и бегите.

Посещали отель,тк он находится в центре Тулы и это удобно. Персонал невероятно приветлив,очень тактичен и профессионален.Условия хорошие,в комнатах чисто.Завтраки вкусные,сытные.Имеется парковка прям у отеля.Большой плюс,что можно с животными!
