"Worked well for one night stay before departure with airport shuttle and plentiful breakfast. Although room furniture needs updating, room size was good for three adults and service was outstanding. Helpful, patient, and sokution oriented staff made this an even better stay."

Very clean and cleaned every day.
Breakfast was very well lit.

"The hotel is about 10 kilometers away from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which runs every 30 minutes, but if no guests apply, the shuttle bus will not be sent.
The room is quite large, and the dry and wet areas are separated.
The hotel is close to a railway. There is still some noise when the train passes by, but it is ok at night and quite quiet.
The hotel often receives group tours, so you can see tourist buses coming in from time to time."

"The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared.
The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful."

GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious.
Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight.
Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives.
The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked.
The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout.
Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review.
I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.

To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it.
I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall.
They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall.

AAnonymous UserThe shuttle bus to the airport runs every half an hour, but you need to make an appointment, because sometimes it doesn't leave if there are no guests. The room is quite big, the living room and the room are separated, but it is old and clean. There is a gas station nearby that can be used as 7-11 to buy water, card fees and snacks. There is a big shopping mall nearby, so shopping is very convenient.

The details such as pillow softness and quality quality all show the hotel's intentions for the guest experience. The daily breakfast is rich in variety, whether it is Chinese dim sum or Western food, it is very delicate and delicious. In terms of facilities, the pool is clean and the fitness room is well-equipped for relaxation or exercise. GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport and the room is clean If you don’t close the door, the noise outside is very loud. The password lock in our tentative room was broken, and it was only possible to unlock it by hand in the middle of the night. Breakfast is much less varied than general inn hotels
