We chose this hotel when we were forced to stay overnight in Seattle due to bad weather at our flight destination. It was chosen when it displayed first under sorting as a recommended hotel, and it offers an airport transfer. But when we tried getting their shuttle, we discovered it didn't run as late as we had arrived or as early as we'd need it the next morning, so we had to take a taxi, costing us $30. We had the night manager book us another taxi for 4 am to get back to the airport, but it never showed up! She made it right by ordering us a Lyft, and paying for it, but we almost missed our flight.
The room had a very thin blanket on the bed, which was inadequate since we needed to turn the heat off as it was so loud we couldn't sleep.
The place offers a breakfast option, which we chose only to find out it isn't available until after we had to leave.
