Won't recommend if your plans are flexible. I had to cancel my trip due to medical emergency, and cancelled my booking more than 2 weeks in advance. Though they got alternate booking for the same dates, still I was charged for one night. No waiver on compassionate grounds as well. Unsatisfied customer, my trust is broken.

This place exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect and the unit was fully contained. We will be back Great to see the ocean Loved it Liked the walking path Shops nearby I highly recommend this place

We were quoted for a family holiday and secured booking with a deposit. Days later we were told it was now another $1600 more as they mucked up. Illegal. They would not budge then refunded us $150 less. Terrible experience and stress for no holiday.

Building has a history cochroach infestation. As I write this on October 17, 2023 , waiting for exterminator to arrive. I never dreamed we would be placed in this situation. This is an problem that should have been disclosed to us.

Great location, property condition ok, grounds beautiful. Cleanliness of room questionable along with the communication.

Right on the beach, only a bike track between you and the sea, so a great view. We walked about 7 minutes up the beach to the Tugun lifesavers, coffee, grocery & dining options, so hardly used the car. Visitors could park easily in the side street. Property has a swimming pool & spa. Large spacious 2 bedroom unit, so a great place for a relaxing holiday.

Walking distance to cafes, groceries , beach right in front and wonderful boardwalk for cycling and walking up and down the coast.
