Guido is great host, he is doing great job on professional level. We had a great vacation on beatiful place. Guido was very helpful and supportive. Photos of accomodation reflect the reality. Great beaches are very close to this place, Tuglie has very nice atmosphere. We recommend this place on 1000% :0)

Location moderna fornita di tutti i comfort. Fantastica piscina riscaldata. Ideale anche per un bagno rilassante con il freddo di Gennaio. check-in in autonomia e proprietario sempre disponibile . Soggiorno perfetto! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo in uno degli appartamenti della Collina di Montegrappa, per una pausa natalizia. **Punti Positivi:** - **Proprietario Disponibile e Gentile:** Il proprietario Guido si è reso sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. - **Pulizia Impeccabile:** L'appartamento era pulito e ben curato, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. - **Zona Tranquilla:** Situato in una zona tranquilla, è il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità lontano dal caos cittadino. Al tempo stesso, la posizione è strategica per poter raggiungere agevolmente tutte le destinazioni del Salento. - **Appartamento Nuovo e Ben Riscaldato:** Gli interni sono moderni e l'appartamento è ben riscaldato, perfetto anche per soggiorni invernali. -**Parcheggio:** comodo e in sicurezza all' Interno della struttura. Consiglio vivamente la Collina di Montegrappa per chi desidera una pausa di relax, non solo nel periodo estivo!

Abbiamo soggiornato alla fine di Agosto in uno degli appartamenti della villa. Ottima vivibilità degli spazi esterni con ampia terrazza per piacevoli cene estive corredata di vasca idromassaggio. Ambienti interni puliti e funzionali. Forse da migliorare la pulizia della piscina esterna e le forniture dell’appartamento. Nel complesso sismo stati molto bene e lo consigliamo senz’altro a famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici!

Entrambe le strutture sono curate, accoglienti e fruibili al massimo! Noi eravamo un gruppo con bambini e siamo stati benissimo! Relax e confort! Il posto, seppur situato in una splendida collina, ha tutti i servizi vicini e ed è vicinissimo a Gallipoli! Guido gentile e disponibile! Consigliatissimo!

Bellissima vacanza! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso la villa 3 camere da letto "Lecce"...che dire ...favolosa!!Stanze grandi,ben arredate,cucina attrezzata e 2 bagni enormi. Veranda spaziosa con TV grande comoda per pranzare fuori,piscina bella e pulita!!! Ringrazio il sig. Guido sempre gentile e disponibile! Ci rivedremo alla prossima vacanza! Lo consiglio a tutti!

Cercavamo una vacanza tranquilla e lontana dal caos per questo come spesso facciamo abbiamo cercato una residenza non nel centro di Gallipoli o a ridosso delle spiagge più rinomate,ma qualcosa che potesse conciliare la bellezza dei luoghi al relax. Questa dimora si trova nell'entroterra a pochi minuti dalle bellissime spiagge a nord di Gallipoli. La struttura offre molti servizi tra cui una piscina per gli ospiti del residence, dove abbiamo avuto modo di rinfrescarci dopo le calde giornate in spiaggia. Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati,puliti e curati nei minimi dettagli. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio ringraziamo i proprietari Guido e Stefania gentili e sempre disponibili.
