This was my first time staying at a KOA Resort! There are 2 people I want to give a shout out to Hailey, and Jeff. First place, Jeff got us a site that was right across from the bathrooms, and 1 out of the 2 swimming pools they had. Also, the general store had mostly everythign a camper would need. From drinks to sunscreen to candy to essentials, the general store has everything a camper would need and more.

Extremely rude staff. Tried to cancel a reservation 5+ months in advance and I am being charged a cancellation fee. We are members of KOA and have been here numerous times in the past, and will not be returning. Tried to make a reservation for February 2026 and a 2-month stay is required. This is ridiculous!!! This is not typical of a KOA, where short terms stays are normal.

Fantastic 3 nights with our teenage daughters while visiting our son at UofA. Property was immaculate and huge. Office staff were friendly and accommodating at check in. All other staff we came across were friendly. We had a pull through site with fire pit which was perfect for the cool evenings and also provided a little privacy. Constant trash pick up from the curb. Daily activities for all ages and a market with all the essentials. Community fire pits, fruit trees, putt putt and pickleball. Game room and multipurpose rooms, mail and a Santa train! The hot tubs were hot and pools heated. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Hot water and great pressure. Some of the machines were older and needed service in the gym but it was still bigger than most hotels. We didn’t get to the restaurant or laundry. Morning walks throughout the property up and down every street was just over 2.5 miles. They even have a little library! Highly recommend this oasis in the city and we will definitely stay again.

Not the same KOA! Sadly, after many years of staying here, for months at a time, this will be our last. Office staff is NOT friendly, restrooms are dirty and prices increased yet again. No weekly rate and no backward monthly adjustment. The park is now with new management, a ghost town. Stay at a hotel! cheaper!

You won't get bored here. This has become our place to stay in Tucson. We have stayed in cabins and in our travel trailer. There are lots of activities for the family, a restaurant on site and 2 pools. On holidays they offer special activities. This is our place for Halloween trick or treating and Easter egg hunts.

We came here for a Grand Design Rally and stayed extra days as there is a lot to do in Tuscon. Lots of amenities- big shaded dog park with fresh water, lemon and grapefruit trees, 24/7 trash pickup, restaurant on site (decent food), pickle ball, pool/hot tub, to name a few. Our site had a tree so had some shade. Sites are near each other but not overly close. We will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest KOAs my wife and I have stayed in. We stayed one night on our way further west, but ended up booking a few more days on our way back through. We have stayed in other campgrounds in desert areas, and usually it's just gravel, heat and dust. This KOA has multiple sites covered by block-long canopies for shade. Although it has many sites, due to it being so nice you have to book far in advance.

The resort and staff are very good, but if you have to work and need decent Wi-Fi, don't come here. Gym is OK but usually has some out of order signs. Place is clean. Nice pools and very well maintained.
