The staff are excellent, i had a problem with them.room.i was to be staying in. The cable was out and the entire side of the hotel was experiencing the same issue. They were gracious enough to let me stay in another room and even gave me an upgrade to better accomodations...

It was horrible. They overbooked but the parking lot was empty. And our group ended up going to the ****** and getting rooms there. Blessing in disguise.

Got there to check in and peoples room keys not working. Front desk was asking guest to look at room before paying because rooms are missing tvs and other amenities.

Brandy a manager at Minsk is very helpful,professional,humble&kind! She was great wit my wife&myself.Now a days CUSTOMER SERVICE isn't a priority but we as CUSTOMERS know that it's probably still the MOST IMPORTANT especially when lodging or dining.For the $ it's a nice place to stay.ALSO they are currently upgradung all rooms with all new furniture etc .

There were no towels or blankets
When we asked for some we were told they don’t have any nor would they change the room
